The purpose of the site plan is trying to attract the local residents and extend the green belt of the the west side park.
Providing a social space for community residents through the courtyard which is open towards the park.
CONCEPT The Tetris Tower is inspired by Kisho Kurokawa’s Nakagin Capsule Tower, but it building by a totally different structure to create the possibility of participatory design. And this design will focus on creating an environment for elderly and youth living together. Living Unit 224 Unit
Service Core 2439.36 m2
Social Service 447.8 m2
Store 93.71 m2
Lobby & Loft 557.78 m2
Parking Garage 1650.78 m
2
The base will become the node to connect residents with green environment.
DIAGRAM Design twin tower making lower building height, also reduce the visual impact on the external environment. The layout of the Tertis Tower leaves the ground as an open space for public, the second floor as a social space for elderly and youth, and at the top is the service core and living unit.

MULTI-SHAPE CUBE

Multi-shape Cube Under the premise that a requirements of multiple working types, this design base on the scale of human behavior and considers what activities need to be performed in an area of 180 by 180, such as drawing, paperwork, communication, then think what kind of behavior will be express when doing above activities, that may be sit or stand, etc. In conclusion, I build a workplace which can transform by different behaviors.

MODULAR CITY OF METABOLISM TAICHUNG, TAIWAN 2017 .06 .13
30
Design Orientation We think about what conditions make a city become smart and about what direction urban development should go in the future. Follow these ideas we think smart city should have a friendly environment as a foundation for development first. While in the future, we wonder whether it is even possible that the urban land can be wise enough to decide how to develop itself by itself.
Design Concept We first accomplished the complete green network system to build a “green image” to be the basis of smart city development. Through the application of modular and metabolic theory, we bestow cities “life” and make the cities get the ability to make their own growth and metabolism to control urban expansion so that the cities could keep cycling and greening.

Modular community is a totally new community type, which create 33.8% green area and 25.92m2 per capita green area. It also provides open spaces with different functions based on the population structure of the community. It transforms while its aging.

THE THERMOGRAPH SVALBARD, NORWAY 2019 .04 .06
32
THE THERMOGRAPH Mr. X came to Svalbard, no one knew him before. The only thing they know is, he continued to build a mysterious wall after another far from the town day by day, and no one knew why he was doing this. It was not until the residents could see the walls from the town that they discovered the meaning of his construction...
The Thermograph is a wall constructed of ice and snow. And it creates a place which is suitable for both animals and humans. When the first wall was built, it not only attracted curious polar bears but also protected humans from infringement. When time passes by, the odor and activities from Mr. X’s daily life attracts more wildlife to come here and the ecology is getting abundant. For the purpose of separating and observing, more and more different walls have been established. The Thermography allows humans and animals to interact with each other without interferences. The Thermograph represents the connection between cycle of the ice wall and the extent of global warming. The ice wall built by Mr. X does not exist forever. When temperature goes up, the ice wall starts melting, Mr. X realizes that he should migrate and continue building a new wall in other places to enrich the ecology. The building plans of ice walls are strongly influenced by the extent of warming, but are not controlled by human being. Therefore, temperature is the key point to control the interaction between animals and humans. And the trajectory of ice wall building on the map also reflects the extent of global warming.
Settlement is not an exclusive term for human beings, but also a term for wildlife. When The Thermograph was built in Longyearbyen, it means that no one will be qualified or able to live on this land. Will this horrifying fact happens within the coming 100 years?

Design Orientation
Melbourne is Australia’s second largest city and it was also the capital city of Australia’s culture. Melbourne’s Yarra River is the starting point of the growth of the city. Grand activities of Moomba Festival, available in Melbourne only, are held along the river band of it. These few years, government started renewal program in the Fisherman’s Bend area called Fisherman’s Bend Urban Renewal Area. Aside from attempting to bring the crowd from the CBD and Dockland’s waterfront area to Lorimer Street, we did not forget to elaborate the motto of Melbourne “Vires Acquirit Eundo”, which means “it gains strength as it goes ” by strengthening the attachment between people and culture. Before
After
Design Concept
People : Fisherman’s Bend Renewal Program is expected to lead the development of the area. Our main goal is to provide an efficient mobility for pedestrian and cyclist. This mobility will be a very essential element for future development of this area. Bicycle : Melbourne’s city center has a well-established Public Bicycle System-Melbourne Bike Share. We will increase more bike rental spots and build integrating bike path alongside Yarra River to build a better connection between Lorimer, CBD and Docklands. Green Belt : In order to increase the connection between Melbourne’s green areas, we integrate the isolated Fisherman’s Bend industry area into Melbourne’s green belt area to complete the green belt system of the city.
Moomba Bridge
The fastest way to get to Lorimer Street from CBD and Docklands is through the Webb Bridge or via Bolte Bridge. Our plan of designing Moomba Bridge is to provide an easy pass for pedestrians and cyclists between Docklands and Lorimer in order to shorten there time of travel. In the design process, we don’t forget to integrate Moomba Bridge with local culture. For example, Melbourne Moomba Festival is the largest festival in Australia that extends several days. Many activities and performances are held along the Yarra River, like water performances, fireworks, etc. Moomba Bridge’s overall design is a green bridge for sight-seeing, pleasures and leisure.
37
Green Pavilion
Victoria’s authorities are planning to remove the plants under the Bolt Bridge along the coast in Lorimer area for temporary sport and recreation, so we decide not to build any closed type building nearby the Moomba Bridge in Lorimer area. Instead, we will build a pavilion to get more open space and create more possibilities of land use.
Waterfront Kiosk
By renewing Fisherman Employment Precinct along the Yarra River, we make this area more suitable for restaurants and other commercial use. A new attraction for local employee and visitors to gather along the waterfront to inject a new energy for Fisherman Bend.
Bike Share
Adding more rental spots for the Melbourne Bike Share System and set up an underground bike parking tower for cyclists to park their bicycles more conveniently and take a walk. Yarra River Bike Trail is completely separated from the car trail of Lorimer Street and is designed to enhance the cyclists’ safety. All the bike-related facilities around Moomba Bridge make the connection between Docklands and Lorimer more complete.
