You can bring your caravan to Caldecott Hall Country Park for £5,000 + VAT which includes:

• Caravan transportation (25 mile radius)

• 1 x gas bottle

• Freesat dish and box

• Gas and electric connection and test

• Sited and chained down

Annual Running Costs 2023

Pitch fees: £3,000.00 + VAT (£3,600.00)

GNDC (estimate): £429.67 + VAT (£515.60)

Gas bottles: £62.50 + VAT*

Electricity: As used per quarter - payable to Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd

Caravan insurance: Payable to chosen provider
