Tiny Homes of Maine, LLC Pricing Guide Website: tinyhomesofmaine.com Contact: Corinne Watson Email: corinne@tinyhomesofmaine Phone: 207.619.4108 Thank you for considering Tiny Homes of Maine to build your Tiny Home! We work with our customers to design the perfect space while trying to stay within your budget. Since our homes are completely custom, we don’t keep a library of plans. Our clients typically get design inspiration from the internet and come to us with a sketch and a list of things they want (or don’t want) in their space. Our designer will work with you to create a 3D model of your Tiny Home in which you can get a feel for the space and tweak anything if needed. We pride ourselves with a solid construction and high-end materials that will keep you cozy and warm throughout our harsh Maine winters. Our homes start around $45,000 and go up from there depending on your design complexity and finishes you choose. Our model home has a lot of the upgrades and goes for $65,000. You can contact us to schedule a tour. The maximum towable dimension of a tiny home on wheels is 8’6″ wide and up to 13’6″ tall from ground to roof. The length can vary between 14′ to 30′ long. The trailers come in increments of 2’ and generally we add $1000 per foot on cost of the tiny home. Our 20’ model tiny home weighs approximately 10,000 pounds can be towed with a ¾ ton pickup truck.

We design in 3D so you can see your home before construction starts!

We can customize a floor layout the fits your needs!

We can design any type of layout you want! Need everything on one level and accessible for elderly parents – no problem! Need to sleep 6 people for extra space at your family camp – you got it! How about a home office, retail shop, food “truck”, art studio… the sky’s the limit!!
