Sixty-thousand miles an hour speeding around The sun. One-thousand miles an hour spinning On its axis. Yet I walk to the mailbox, as if the Ground beneath me isn’t moving at all. If that Isn’t a miracle, then I don’t know what is.

Paul Lojeski was born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio. He attended Oberlin College. His poetry has appeared online and in print. He lives in Port Jefferson, New York.
