GENERAL PROJECT OBJECTIVE
To develop a joint cross-border platform within the Adriatic area for management and promotion of sustainable tourism based on common cultural heritage.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES • To reduce the seasonality in tourism demand • To strengthen environmentally friendly tourism • Development of institutional collaboration between organizations interested in the development of the tourism in the Adriatic Area.
ACTIVITIES Plan of activities is divided in 6 Working Plans and realization of each of them affects the final result. Work Plan 1 (WP1), management and coordination relates to the everyday management of the project. Work Plan 2 (WP2), Communication and Dissemination, intends to cover project visibility, increase the responsibilities of the interested groups, distribute achieved results, offer transparency for the used funds, and ensure visibility at the EU level.

PAKETA E GJASHTE Marubi – Museum ShkodÍr
Objective of this project will be the improvement and modernization of the Marubi Museum and its insertion in an joint network with other cultural heritage of the Adriatic. Main intervention will be the improvement of internal infrastructure according to a modern design and contemporary elements. The project foreseen also preparation of publicity materials as brochures, posters, web page, use of massmedia to promove the object and increase visitors access.
