People who suffer from allergies experience clogged sinuses, stuffy noses and breathing difficulties due to allergens. Your lung capacity is hampered by smoking. Additionally, smoking tends to cause allergies in a lot of people. Don’t smoke or hang around smokers to avoid allergy symptoms. Allergies can lead to post-nasal drip, causing a sore or irritated throat. A natural treatment for sore throats, and a possible substitute for medications, is gargling with salt water. Mix water and salt and gargle with it. This offers relief from soreness in a matter of moments.
