ÖGG TOBOGGANING EVENING
With a guide, hike from the Hotel Edelweiss along the toboggan run up to the Ögg tobog gan hut (not managed). Participants can look forward to warm drinks before they return via toboggan to Feichten in the valley.

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING TASTER COURSE - CLASSIC

Meeting place: 11 am at the Kaser cross-country skiing trail at the Quellalpin

Costs excl. equipment: Adults €45 per person; Children ages 6-12 €20 per person

FOR FABULOUS SKIING FUN DIRECTLY FROM FEICHTEN
The popular village lift is located directly in Feichten. Here, kids and be ginners can enjoy learning to ski or snowboard or practice their skills. Thanks to the conveyor belt, the drag lift and the rope lift, which is new this season, there is something for everyone.
The beginner courses offered by the Top Ski School Kaunertal will be held at the newly built Kinderland from this year onwards. The ski school office is also now located here.

A JOURNEY THROUGH TIME
The collection details old ways of living and economics in the valley. The museum is located next to the Hotel Weisseespitze in Platz and is housed in the basement of the campsite administration building. A tour through the museum (8 rooms) gives you a brief insight into the histo ry of the Kaunertal valley.

EXHIBITION: 3000 M VERTIKAL
Tyrol’s first nature park house features the popular exhibition 3000 m VERTIKAL! Whether you prefer well-prepared cross-country ski trails or winter hiking trails, the beauty of the Piller Sattel ridge will inspire you! The exhibition invites visitors to enjoy an interactive hike from the rug ged and imposing peaks of the Kaunergrat ridge to the warm and dry sunny slopes of the Inn valley. The film “Dream Journey into the Past” takes visitors back to the long-ago Bronze Age and Roman times and showcases the nature park during the changing of the seasons.

“Mit aller Kraft” Climate. Glacier. Kaunertal.
This permanent exhibition explores a variety of perspectives revolving around climate and glaciers. It provides insights into global climate re search and presents the scientific findings of ongoing studies at the Ge patschferner glacier at the end of the Kaunertal valley. The first promising results for our future are presented along with a variety of ideas and the great effectiveness of local climate initiatives in the Kaunergrat region. The solidarity of people in the remote Kaunertal valley is also highlight ed. The exhibition explores the topics of climate and glaciers by means of architecture, art and music. The construction of the power station in the 1960s is recounted and the people of Kaunertal are given voice.
