EACH FRAME HAS ITS OWN SPIRIT Our passion for continuity and development have allowed us to produce a model that is unique in the world. The technique to doing this is we make each piece. Each part is individually created and is then put together with other elements with a series of progressive wrapping processes with slow resins that impregnates the complete structure. This meticulous process gives each customers bike that’s made to measure custom fit for their body and cycling style, with the highest standard of stiffness, responsiveness and durability. People are not the same. Neither are our bikes.

Through the TCT Innovative System, the authorized dealer is able to compile and save a maintenance form for each job performed on a TITIC product. These formes will be available to the TITICI bicycle in the restricted owners area at www.titici.com. It is a unique service in the world, which ensures a high quality of product maintenance and a service history.

The new FLEXY MTB XC frame is the perfect synthesis of the “racing” concept applied to a MTB frame. It has been fully developed in the TITICI LAB research, which has been created with the aim of further improving the “driving” performance. A new technology, called PAT (Plate Absorber Technology) is introduced in the FLEXY frame: the horizontal tube, in the area near to the seat tube, becomes a single carbon plate. A new system that not only provides high horizontal rigidity, but also allows to absorb the vibrations thanks to the micro-flexion of this plate structure. The down tube has a trapezoidal shape, necessary to guarantee frame stability. The construction of the downtube is achieved by overlapping 4 carbon layers of different properties and density in order to make this tube as rigid as required. The new chain stay also has been optimized: the vertical stays are thin so to dampen the vibrations and wide to give a high stability. Horizontal chain stay, completely asymmetrical, is designed to provide the maximum of torsional rigidity. The special “elbow” created in the rear brake calliper area provides a higher braking stiffness. The M2R, Made 2 Race geometry has been developed by TITICI since the first tests on 29 “ frame: it is a choice of angles and lengths designed to make 29” frames very agile and fast.
Il nuovo telaio FLEXY MTB XC è la perfetta sintesi del concetto “racing” applicato ad un telaio di MTB. E’ un telaio interamente sviluppato nel centro ricerche TITICI LAB, che nasce con l’obiettivo di migliorare ulteriormente la performance di guida. Nel FLEXY, viene introdotta la nuova tecnologia di costruzione chiamata PAT (Plate Absorber Tecnology). Il tubo orizzontale, nella zona in cui si avvicina al tubo verticale diventa un’unica lastra di carbonio. Un nuovo sistema che oltre a conferire un’altissima rigidità orizzontale, permette di assorbire le vibrazioni grazie alle micro-flessioni di questa costruzione a lastra. Il tubo obliquo presenta un forma trapezoidale, necessaria per offrire stabilità del telaio. La costruzione del tubo obliquo avviene tramite il posizionamento di 4 strati di carbonio, di modulo e densità diverse in maniera da rendere questo tubo il più rigido possibile. Anche il nuovo carro posteriore presenta un’evoluzione nelle tubazioni: i foderi verticali si presentano sottili per smorzare le vibrazioni e larghi per conferire un’alta stabilità. I foderi orizzontali, completamente asimmetrici, sono progettati per offrire massima rigidità torsionale. Il particolare “gomito”, creato nella zona della pinza freno posteriore, garantisce una maggior rigidità in frenata, evitando il fastidioso effetto “elastico”. La geometria M2R, Made 2 Race è stata sviluppata da TITICI fin dai primi esperimenti sui telai da 29”, una scelta di angoli e lunghezze mirata a rendere i telai da 29” molto agili e scattanti.

The full suspension frame project concentrates on the new chain stay, entirely made of carbon. The main feature, which is immediately visible, is the removal of the rear horst link, an ideal solution for drastically reducing weight and increasing dynamics; the attitude of carbon and the shape of the vertical stays make it possible to compensate for the work done by the horst link.
Il progetto del telaio biammortizzato ruota attorno al nuovo carro, interamente realizzato in carbonio. La caratteristica principale, che si nota alla prima vista è l’abolizione del giunto posteriore sul fodero basso, una soluzione ideale per ridurre drasticamente il peso e migliorare la dinamica. Infatti il comportamento del carbonio e la forma dei foderi permettono di compensare benissimo il lavoro fatto dal giunto.

The FLEXY Full frame is the only custom made full suspension frame; the choice to put the shock-absorber on the seat tube seperates the triangle geometry from the shock absorber system, doing it this way provides the possibility to build a frame with personalized height, length and steering angles.

The FLEXY Full frame is also equipped with PAT technology on the top tube: it is a system that further contributes to achieve a unique riding comfort even under “hard” setting conditions of the shock absorbers.

The rear brake calliper has been placed on the horizontal chain stay to ensure higher stiffness during braking loads. The M2R, Made 2 Race geometry, has been developed by TITICI since the first tests on the 29 “bike: it is a choice of angles and lengths designed to make 29” frame very agile and fast.

The FLEXY Gravel frame can be assembled with the Sram Force 1X11 S group set; for riders who love riding long distances and is an optimal solution that minimizes maintenance, eliminating the problem of chain dropping.

The proven PAT system is applied in the FLEXY Road RB frame: this high-performance technology blends into the top tube an incredible level of torsional rigidity and comfort. The slim horizontal carbon multi-layer of the top tube provides high stability in the steering area giving high riding stability.

The real tailor-made frames. The pleasant feeling of riding a frame entirely built on the specific rider’s needs is the most important feature of the new FLEXY Road Disc Brake road frame. Certainly among the first companies to develop and believe in a road frame with disc brake and thru axle, today TITICI presents the new FLEXY Road DB with PAT system, a unique shape of the top tube that offers comfort. Even on the most rugged asphalt, the PAT system provides dampen of the unpleasant vibrations transmitted to the seat tube. TITICI knows that the disc brake must be strongly coupled with the thru axle to be effective (even on a road bike). This is a solution that not only provides better transformation of power to the rear wheel, but also ensures a braking force superior to the quick release. An extremely sober and clean design. Traditional shapes are combined with advanced technical solutions. Due to HCS system, the seat clamp is removed from the FLEXY Road DB frame in order to make the junction area of top tube and seat tube very elegant.
Il vero telaio su misura. La piacevole sensazione di pedalare su un telaio interamente costruito sulle specifiche esigenze del cliente è sicuramente l’aspetto più rilevante del nuovo telaio da strada FLEXY Road DB. Sicuramente tra i primi a sviluppare e credere in un telaio da strada con freno a disco e perno passante, oggi TITICI presenta il nuovo FLEXY Road DB con il sistema PAT, un’esclusiva forma del tubo orizzontale che offre una piacevole sensazione di comfort. Anche sull’asfalto più rovinato il sistema PAT permette di smorzare le sgradevoli vibrazioni trasmesse al tubo sella. Da sempre crediamo che il freno a disco per essere efficace (anche su una bici da strada) debba essere abbinato al perno passante. Una soluzione che oltre ad offrire una miglior trasmissione della potenza alla ruota posteriore, garantisce una tenuta in frenata decisamente superiore rispetto al superato sgancio rapido. Un design estremamente sobrio e pulito dalle forme tradizionali che si uniscono ad avanzate soluzioni tecniche. Nel telaio FLEXY Road DB è presente inoltre l’innovativo sistema HCS che permette di eliminare il collarino sella, rendendo la zona giunzione tubo sella / tubo orizzontale molto elegante.
