This is not your first project in Montenegro or in Turkey which will give a lot of confidence to potential buyers. Can you outline your credentials and experience in delivering such a significant project to the market?

First of all, I would like to emphasize that the Port of Royals project is of great importance to us. For 25 years now we have been successfully operating in the construction industry and many projects related to the construction of villas and residential buildings, and landscaping, are behind us, while we currently also have a large number of ongoing construction projects. We wish to implement our entire experience in the Port of Royals project, which we started in Montenegro, in Kumbor, Herceg Novi. Port of Royals is not just a construction project, but a residential complex project whose every detail is designed to ensure comfort to its customers.

What was your vision for the exciting new Port of Royals when you set out with a blank piece of paper?

The main goal is to create a living environment that we care about, to slow down the very fast life and offer peace and comfort to customers. The Port of Royals project aims to “slow down time”, as our slogan says.

How will Port of Royals be different than other projects in the country and the region?

What makes Port of Royals different is it’s 22 thousand m2 of natural green area, entertainment, and playgrounds that we created making family life a priority which is not found in other projects, the largest spa and gym in the region, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor cinema hall, as well as many other spaces of social importance. In addition, Port of Royals offers a taxi service to the coast, and VIP airport transfer services, which are fully owned by Port of Royals and which make us different from others in the region.

When will each phase be complete and what payment plans are available to clients?

Port of Royals will be built on a total area of 98 thousand m2 and there will be 4 construction phases. The first phase, Port of Royals Villa, includes 28 luxury villas built on an area of 10,500 m2, with the construction beginning in October 2022 and the planned completion date at the end of November 2023. The second phase of the Port of Royals Hotel Residence will be built on a total area of 18 thousand m2. The construction of the second phase will begin in September 2023 and the completion of the works is planned for September 2024 and will consist of 135 apartments from one to five rooms with different square footage and penthouses. On the other hand, the 3rd and 4th phases will start at the beginning of 2024 on 70 thousand m2 and will be completed in 18 months, with a total of 700 independent parts, including the hotel and areas of social importance. It is very important to us that our customers have the life they have dreamed of at special initial prices and easy payment options. For our Port of Royals Hotel Residence Project, which is currently in phase 2, the 15% discount privilege continues.

How do you envision the services offered to new homeowners in the Port of Royals resort?

The Port of Royals project does not mean just a house or a villa, but a project good for life, which includes social spaces, activity spaces and special opportunities for our homeowners, offering a high-quality life in nature and by the sea. From playgrounds to parks, from swimming pools to water parks, from spa centres to gyms and many other social facilities, we are waiting for you, new homeowners.
