ALPHABOOK AN EXPLORATION OF TYPOGRAPHY
To my amazing teachers that have helped contribute to my passion for handmade typography.
INTRODUCTION In this day and age, typography has become more ambiguous and open for interpretation. Throughout this book you can find examples of type that does just this. Each letter included in the Alphabook can be broken up into three groups. The first group is handmade which includes letters that are illustrated vectors, hand drawn, or letterpress. The next category of letters you will find are pictures of found letters. Lastly, are letters that are classified as environmental. This includes ones that are made out of unconventional materials such as food, flowers, or confetti.
