I. LOVE. COLOR. I grew up in a time when color in sinks, toilets, and appliances was not only the norm it was the epitome of cool. In the 1950’s through the 1980’s, color exploded in American design. From the matching pink sinks and toilets of the 50’s to the 70’s when avocado was trending and on everything from fridges to ovens, color was king. But, then came the 90’s, and suddenly if it wasn’t white, beige, black, or stainless, it just wasn’t cool. At Whyte and Company, we are changing the conversation in color. Now. With hand crafted, luxury solid surface sinks each available in 30 Pantone-aligned, fashion-forward colors – in a range of both bold and new neutrals. From the deep navy of Dress Blues by Kerrie Kelly to the smoldering depth of Dorian Grey by Michel Smith Boyd, we are bringing color back into your daily life. Whytestone is as durable as it is beautiful. Every creation from Whyte and Company’s manufacturing floor starts with developing the perfect Whytestone blend for that particular color and product. What makes it unique is the high quality pigments that permeate our proprietary substrate, a blend of stone minerals and resin, which makes our products both colorfast throughout and as durable as marble or granite.

COLOR THROUGH AND THROUGH Unlike materials like ceramics, which merely coat a product with a painted color, Whytestone carries the color in every drop poured into the handmade mold that makes your sink or countertop. Scratch a colored ceramic or cast iron piece and you’re in trouble, but with Whytestone, scratches merely sand away with a few swipes. We’ve taken your design options to another level with more than 30 colors that give your space a new dimension of cool you’ve never been able to produce before.

CARE & CLEANING CLEANING GUIDELINES All Whyte & Company products are made of Whytestone™, a strong, non-porous material that is easy to clean. To keep your sink looking its best everyday just follow these simple steps: • Wipe sink down with a soft cloth after each use to remove any debris. • For everyday cleaning, use a mild cleaning product such as dish soap. • To address stains, use a mildly abrasive cream cleanser such as Soft Scrub. FIXING STRATCHES To repair scratches, sand the area using 600-, 800- and 1200-grit sandpaper: begin with the lower number (coarser) grit followed with each higher number (finer) grit in ascending order. Finish by polishing the surface using a cloth. DON’TS Never use petroleum-based products when cleaning (ex: paint thinners) as they may damage your sink. Most personal hygiene products and cosmetics will not damage your sink, but avoid putting acetone-based products, like nail polish remover, on your sink. It can cause an alteration of the finish. REPAIRS Have a bit of an accident with your sink? No worries, send a photograph of your sink to our Customer Service Department at service@whyteandcompany.com. We will take a look and let you know how to get it looking new again.

WARRANTY Whyte & Company warranties all products against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of five years. This limited warranty, starting on the original purchase date, is only offered to the original purchaser who acquires the product directly from Whyte & Company or from its authorized dealers. This limited warranty does not apply to cases in which a product was incorrectly installed, nor to damage due to negligence, misuse, thermal shock, cigarette burn, fire, natural catastrophes or other accidents. This limited warranty does not extend to products purchased from non-authorized Whyte & Company distributors. Whyte & Company is not responsible for costs and claims that may arise from purchase of a product unsuited to the structure of the existing building. Any transformation or alteration made to a Whyte & Company product automatically voids the warranty. The manufacturerâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s warranty is limited to repair or replacement (with a product of equal value), provided the claim is made to an authorized dealer or directly to Whyte & Company within the warranty period. Labor costs and any other expenses incurred by replacement of a Whyte & Company product are not covered by the warranty. Whyte & Company products are certified CSA B45.O, CSA B45.4, ANSI Z124.1 and ANSI A124.3.
