FAQ
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT A
WEDDING SHOW
What is a wedding show all about?
A wedding show is a fun way to enjoy a day out with your bridal party, mom, or fiancé! Get answers to your questions, advice and special deals from local wedding experts, and inspiration for your big day! You may even win prizes and giveaways. This is your chance to plan your entire wedding under one roof.
What should I bring?
We suggest bringing a pen & paper to take notes, your phone to add contacts and take pictures, and a calendar to make appointments. You may decide to make a deposit, so bring along your checkbook or credit card. Knowing your wedding date, color scheme, and bringing along a binder of inspiration can be a huge help when you’re trying to convey your ideas to vendors. Comfortable shoes are a must. And printed address la bels that include your name, phone number, email, wedding date, and venue will ensure that your hand won’t cramp from the constant writing. No need to bring a bag to hold all your pamphlets and goodies—we provide those at the door!
Who should I bring?
That’s totally up to you! Whether it’s just you and your fiancé, your mom and maid/matron-of-honor, or your entire bridal party, we welcome everyone to our events!
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome to attend our shows, and kids under 6 years old get in free! But because we suggest scheduling at least half a day for our shows, we do advise against bringing children because they tire easily. If you do decide to bring a little one along, keep in mind that strollers are hard to maneuver around the booths, displays, and the other guests.
How much does it cost to attend?
General admission tickets are $15 at the door, but we suggest buying tickets online to save some time and money. Use promo code SHOW5 to save Your ticket gains you access to the show floor, exhibitors, features, and fashion shows.
What do I get?
With your admission to the show, every engaged attendee will receive a free issue of the brand new 2023 Today’s Bride Magazine, and a handy pink bag for free! (While supplies last)
What is a Diamond Ticket?
Upgrade your show experience with a Diamond Ticket! For only $40, you'll get:
• General Admission to the show
• Keepsake Love Glass (drink not included)
• Bride-to-Be or Bride Tribe Sash (your choice)
• LOVE Insulated Cooler Bag

AT THE SHOW
Making a decision as big as booking your wedding vendors is scary no matter when you do it. Procrastinating won’t make your decision any easier, so why wait?
THEY’RE RELIABLE & CREDIBLE
The vendors who will be exhibiting at the Today’s Bride Wedding Shows are reliable and experienced. They’re not random Joe Schmo’s who sell you a deal and then run off with your deposit. Because they invested in their booth space, you can rest assured that they will do everything they can to make your wedding perfect.
SHOW DISCOUNTS DON’T LAST LONG
The majority of vendors offer show specials. This means they have special packages or discounted rates that are exclusive to show attendees, and are offered for a limited time! If you go home to think on it and decide three months later that you want to book this vendor, you may end up paying more than you would have if you booked at the show.
GET YOUR DATE BEFORE IT’S GONE
Most vendors are already booking their 2023, 2024, and beyond calendars! By making your deposit at the show, you are reserving your date so that it cannot be booked by any other couple. If you wait too long, you may end up without your favorite DJ, be forced to change your date, or move forward with a different vendor instead.
THEY’RE THE BEST OF THE BEST
Typically, you’re going to meet with the best in the industry at a Today’s Bride Show. These people set standards, predict new trends, and execute award-winning work. Sure, hiring your second cousin to do photography may be cheaper, but if you want quality, experience, and professionalism, look to the experts at the show.
SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND STRESS
Don’t sneakily research florists at work or fill your weekends with appointments and consultations. By booking with the professionals at the Today’s Bride Show, you’ll have less to stress about and more time to spend with your fiancé.
ACCESS NEW TRENDS BEFORE THEY BECOME POPULAR
Some up-and-coming trends and vendors will be on display at the show. If you want your wedding to be unique and memorable, don’t wait to book these incredible new ideas and innovative technologies.
Remember, always read your contract fully before signing, and never place a deposit without a contract!
You’ll save yourself time, money, and stress by booking your vendors at the Today’s Bride Wedding Show!
@ Why You Should Create a Wedding Email
Organization is the key to staying on budget and on schedule. One of the easiest and best ways to stay organized is by creating an email account strictly for wedding planning purposes. Consider making a new Gmail account... they're free!
AVOID INBOX INFLUX
If you give your everyday email to wedding vendors, you’ll have to scroll through store coupons, emails from your boss, and spam promotions just to find your DJs response about your do-not-play list. Having a separate account just for your wedding will make sure your inbox isn’t overflowing.
KEEP ALL YOUR INFO IN ONE PLACE
By creating a wedding email, you’ll be able to keep all of your wedding-related information in one place. Requests for more information, appointment confirmations, and contract drafts are all easily accessible and easy to find!
EASY UNSUBSCRIBE
With one email where everything is saved, you can easily deactivate it after your wedding instead of unsubscribing to each individual business.
Wedding planning is confusing enough as it is. Once you start giving out your email address and sorting through the influx of mail, having a separate wedding email address will make a world of difference.
Meet wedding experts & experience all things wedding in 2023!
