RISKS IN DIFFERENT PHASES OF A YOUTH EXCHANGE "WORLD COFFEE " METHOD The World CafĂŠ method is designed to create a safe, welcoming environment in which to intentionally connect multiple ideas and perspectives on a topic by engaging participants in several rounds of small-group conversation.

The World CafĂŠ method is particularly useful when you want to be sure to explore a topic from multiple perspectives, to ensure that everyone in a room contributes in a conversation, and/or when you want to encourage participants to make new connections. The method can also be useful for gathering information from grantees and beneficiaries at the community level

This is one definition...and that's what we did in our workshop. We explored different risks in different stages of a youth exchange and we managed not only to visit all the 5 stations but also to contribute ...and thanks to our moderators Liga ,Goran,Andrzey,Laszlo and Jose Antonio and to Big Brothers Tolea and Bogdan we really did a good job...learning a lot and enjoying every moment.Ah ,and not to forget the nice coffee, hot tea and wonderful sweets we had during the exercise.

LAND ART Land art, earthworks (coined by Robert Smithson), or Earth art is an art movement in which landscape and the work of art are inextricably linked. It is also an art form that is created in nature, using natural materials such as soil, rock (bed rock, boulders, stones), organic media (logs, branches, leaves), and water with introduced materials such as concrete, metal, asphalt, or mineral pigments. The works frequently exist in the open, located well away from civilization, left to change and erode under natural conditions. Many of the first works, created in the deserts of Nevada, New Mexico, Utah or Arizona were ephemeral in nature and now only exist as video recordings or photographic documents. They also pioneered a category of art called site-specific sculpture, designed for a particular outdoor location.

Our organization worked with land art since 2009 and we did a lot of projects and exhibitions with land art products during the years.Every project we organize we challenge the participants to create pieces of art on the topic of the project . Doing land art in this training in snow was a great experience for participants and results were remarkable, the work from the cover being the best product we ever faced. The works remain in the nature and only photos and videos are witnesses of group work.It is a very good tool in nonformal education for develop creativity and team work.

RISKS ENCOUNTERED IN YOUTH EXCHANGES AND SOLUTIONS Yes ,we loved to play theater..very much...we were serious but also have fun.Every group got one problem that can happen in a youth exchange and they had the task to avoid the risk and create a happy end....and we did it ! Here are the cases and some photos ! About the solutions ,feel free to find the ones you like ...

A group of youngsters are playing drinking games in a youth exchange.MARCO ( 17 years) ,JOSE (21 years) and KAROLINA (24 years) decided in secret to cheat to make DANIEL ( 19 years ) drunk. They managed, but on the way to his room helped by his group leader CRISTINA( 26 years ) ,DANIEL felt on the stairs and broke his leg.The others were laughing.

RAMONA ( 19 years ) is a young romanian gypsy in an exchange.Even if she is motivated the others don't interract with her and even there are 2 guys ,KARL ( 21 years ) and MARTIN ( 22 years) that are bullying her .One evening, she complained to her group leader ,RAUL ( 24 years) and to the organizer IVONA ( 38 years ) .They promised the situation will be clarified ,but they don't take any clear measure.Bullying continues next day in the bus and in the visit at a castle. After visit RAMONA didn't show up to the meeting point. Her group leader received a short sms from her.

One group of youngsters have a party in a room during a youth exchange drinking alcohol and also smoking joints.BRUNO (25 years) and ELIZA ( 21 years ) feel attracted one by eachother and spend some time together having a short romance during the night.Next day ,BRUNO confess to his room mate ALEX ( 24 years ) that he has pain in genital region.ALEX insult and slap ELIZA in front of the group during lunch time.Nobody takes any action .ELIZA runs crying in her room ,packs luggage and dissapears.

15

MARTA ( 23 years ) is a participant in a exchange. She is late in every activity and shows no interest to the workshops. One day she skip a very important session, so main organizer ,ENRICO ( 32 years ) complain to her group leader ,OLGA ( 46 years ) who actually is MARTA's mother.OLGA tries to protect her daughter ,but next day MARTA decided to leave the project to spend last 2 days with some friends from the region.

BEATRICE ( 35 years) and ANGELA ( 33 years) are coordinators of a youth exchange in Malaga,Spain with 5 countries. They proposed to group leaders instead of activities to have last 2 days of free time on the beach and to have lunch and dinner on their own. LINDA ( 27 years) refuses as in her group are poor youngsters. She is supported by ANNA ( 41 years) ,teacher ,who says that her group is there for learning. The others leaders accepted organizator proposal and leave the meeting together with them.ANNA and LINDA are not decided what to do.

MARIA ( 21 years) from Greece is a participant in a sport youth exchange in Italy. She doesn't like physical exercises but wants to enjoy the outdoor activities.Due to unproper shoes and lack of concentration during the energizer MARIA has a terrible accident and needs to go to the hospital.Organizer ,STEFANO ( 40 years) and MARIA's group leader DESPINA ( 39 years ) are arguing who is responsible for the accident. As STEFANO said is occupied with continuing the sport session with the others ,DESPINA call a taxi to go to the hospital.

16

OUR PROJECTS AND RISK MANAGEMENT First we had a "fish market ".that means that we created a fish-project helped by the 5 W method : what, why, who, where, when and also how was added. Then we worked on a templete to identify the main risks that can occur during our projects in all phases and the probability and risk rating...and of course some methods to attenuate and avoid them...It was the core of the project ;all groups worked hard, enjoyed the process and had a lot of fun also. The ways the trainers choose for presentations were very creative : we used interviews, drawing, theater, videos etc. If Tolea and Bogdan said that we did a great job, that means that WE REALLY DID ! So , Santa came with gifts and music for everyone ...

Levels of probability

1. (0-20%), Rare – exceptional risks with less than 20% of occurrence. Almost impossible to be forseen. 2. (21-40%), Unlikely – Risks with a low probability of occurrence which cannot be ruled out completely. 3. (41-60%), Possible – Risks with occasional (around 50%) possibility of occurrence 4. (61-80%), Likely – Risks with a great possibility of occurrence 5. (81-100%), Almost certain – a risk that is, practically, unavoidable.

Levels of impact (consequences)

1. Trivial (insignificant) – risks that causes a near negligible amount of damage to the overall progress of the project 2. Minor – the consequences of the risk involve some damage, but its extent is not too serious and is not likely to make much of a difference to the overall progress of the project. 3. Moderate – risks which do not impose a great threat, but can still result in considerable damage. 4. Major – risks with serious consequences which can lead significant lossses. 5. Severe – risks that can make the project completely unproductive and unfruitful and must be treated as top priority during risk management.

Levels of risk rating (combination between impact and probability)

Low risks – Those risks can be ignored, since they usually do not pose significant problem. However, if some reasonable steps can help prevent their occurrence, such steps should be taken in order to improve the overall performance of the project.

Moderate (medium) risks – it is best to take reasonable steps and develop risk management strategies in time. Such risks do not require extensive resources as they can be dealt with smart planning and anticipating different situations.

High risks – this kind of risks calls immediate action and risk management strategies. It is better to solve those risks before interfering with your progress.

Unacceptable high risks – those are the most critical and they have to be addressed with top priority. The project team should eliminate those risks completely.

LASZLO - Hungary

The name of the training was „What if…” which totally testified framely the aims and objectives of this event connecting to the problems during a whole youth projects (from the beginning to the end) could be happened and might be solved. The three points (…) mean a big system and risk-matrix which elemenary determinates the results and other outputs of a given project (values and profits). We – the group of the participants – added and created the content to the points in a nice place with nice people. As a hungarian teacher and school-intendant and private person i gained absolutely excellent experiences in this project empowering the friendship between romanians and hungarians. During the daily sessions we worked hardly in different creative ways, and we applied training methods and excercises for achieving those results which could be useable and reasonable in any youth-meetings. I personaly learned how to collect and deal informations at different levels which could be connects to risks and riskmanagement specifically. The trips and accomodation was very good., and the realisation of the project was excellent!!! The participants were very very cooperative and collaborating. I am very grateful for Tolea Postovei for beeing in his event, because i am getting more skilled, emphatic and considerate by this training! Thanks, thanks, thanks! Long effective learning happened due to the real life!

MARKELLA - Greece

Τhe participation in this particular TC in Romania was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and let me pass 10 exciting days with so many great people from all around Europe! Concerning the project itself, it was very interesting and I strongly believe that it helped everyone ameliorate himself in his way of thinking and maybe future career, regardless if he works in this specific field or not! Moreover, this Erasmus experience, thanks to our amazing leaders, let me see the civilisation, the nature and the culture of Romania from a better insight than the typical tourist, and actually helped me enjoy the freezing cold, that otherwise I couldn't stand! Really, some moments, especially during our sightseeing day, were like taken from a fairytale! Last but not least, I am grateful for the different, interesting and rare people I met there, that I honestly hope I will meet them again in the future!

VILTE - Lithuania

What if - project where i found few soul mates. Project where i found the beauty of Romania. Project where i understood how important is communication among all european people and that we are not that different actually. Also, it was a place where i could realized that i am going in a right life path... also i found out that romanians have damn good sense of humour.

28

GABRIEL - Slovakia

It was my first project like this. I'm so glad I didn't hesitate and took the chance to be a part of the life changing experience this project has been for me. Crazy good people and beautiful scenery gave the content the right setting and mood. And although freezing cold on the outside, we were filled with the welcoming warm feeling inside throughout and even long after we left. Thanks a lot.

SARA - Croatia

Project "What if" was not only educational in a way that I got insight in problems that can occure on projects and how to deal with them, but also a great experience, non-formal way of learning about others and myself. Group energy and cooperation between participants was on high level. The best part are people that we have met on this project and hope that we will see each other again

30

FILIP - Romania

Great experience- I joined this training course being curious if there is any difference between a youth exchange and a training. I've got my answer since the first day. How? I saw that, this time, almost all the participants are more experienced and more mature, all of the with same willing-improving themselves somehow. Because of this, for me, it was very challenging working with this persons in different activities, but I also gain a lot of knowledge, memories and quality friends. Is kind of difficult and nostalgic to write about this, even if there are just a few words, but that's enough to make you remember. Anyway, I'm looking forward for another training course, hoping to find at least one as good as this one

GORAN - Macedonia

Like a new Shakespeare, Tolea put ahead of us an epic question: What if ?... A question that was powerful enough to motivate the participants to deliver such great results. And I think everybody was aware that has been a part of something big, something that has changed our perception and attitude. That`s how some people change the world: simply by changing themselves and spreading the word.

38

RADEK - Poland

"What If " happend in Romania and this was the best what could be. I received much more knowledge than I expected – about risk management, cultures, nonformal education methods and‌ me. Best recomendation will be, if I just say, that I hope for meeting with same trainers again. Who knows WHAT IF?

CHRYSI a.k.a. RAMONA - Cyprus

Life is too complicate...full of risks; but who said that you can't solve this or to find solutions? The aim of the program that we did in Busteni using the example of the youth exchanges it was about to see the risks that we will have before, during and after the program and how you will solve this. The knowledge we got from the program personally i can say that i am using this in my every day life because our life is full of risks. And after this project i have one phrase that i am telling to my self in the difficult moments that: ' All the problems have solutions!'. Moreover, another thing that i want to say about the project that i did is that i meet a lot of people that now are my friends and as strange it is we are in touch until today, and for sure we will be for ever. But i really want to organize again another project with the same participants because is the only way to meet again!!! Thank you for the opportunity to gave me to took part in this program!

"What if " project was my first door, first experience in nonformal education trainings and first great experience. I achieved all my goals and aims, I find a lot of new friends, new knowledge, new information, new methods. I hope we will meet again in Tolea's new projects. Thank you

VERONIKA - Czech Republic

Going to the project in Romanian Busteni was an amazing experience. I came there with no expectation and I left full of positive feelings. That was due to many open minded and nice people who participated, then due to our "teachers" Tolea and Bogdan who are very friendly persons and also they are able to create authority in natural way (that is not correct probably but I think you know what I mean. Let´s test our connection. ). Before I came to Romania I thought that informal education is only for kids but I felt that I kept in my minds more valuable information in informal way than in classic academic boring way. Majority of activities were interesting and useful. Also accomodation and food was absolutely perfect (and I am VEGETARIAN!) Romanian beautiful nature is some kind of bonus when you participate in a project in Romania. I can recommend host organization for sure

“RUN for SUN” - EVS (European Voluntary Service)

1.

The short term EVS will happen from 1st of September till 15th of October in Pafos (Cyprus). There are 8 partners: Cyprus, Italy, Latvia, Romania, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland. The main responsibilities of the sending partner organizations are the selection of the volunteers and their provision with all the useful information they need to know before going to the project venue. The project’s aim is the promotion of the healthy lifestyle and running culture among the citizens of Cyprus. This is planned to happen through the organizations of many events, marathons, festivals,”jogging on the beach” event which will be exclusively prepared by the foreign volunteers.

2. Volunteers will develop their knowledge about running cultures in different countries, organisational skills by organizing event, their entrepreneurship and initiative, cultural awareness, communication and other different competences. Participants, organisations and target group will increase their running culture and healthy lifestyle. Organisations will have experience in cooperation with 7 different organisations what presents different countries and also cultures, will have new contacts and gain new skills in implementation of Short term EVS. Target groups will get to know other cultures from representatives from 8 countries by communicating with them and participating in their organized events. Will have new knowledge about healthy habits and running, for example, how to run, how to manage trainings in healthy and good way, will become more active in their daily life. Also they will improve technical background in digital tools that can be used in running process or app’s with healthy lifestyle hints.

3.This short-term EVS is aimed to not only promote the healthy and sports-friendly kind of living among the locals but also among the volunteers themselves. After taking part in so many sports events their perceptions and way of thinking would be surely influenced and they could gain new knowledge and ideas which they could take home. Thus, the impact of the events that occurred in Cyprus would be disseminated on a much larger scale

44

4.After returning in their home countries the volunteers would organize a series of events in which they will introduce the local youngsters to the volunteer work, its aims, and gains for the volunteers and for the society as well. They will also organize a video evening in which they will present a movie they have recorded during their volunteering work in Cyprus. Thus, they will present some concrete events and happenings to the local young people and they will provoke their interest. They will also organize a Sunday marathon using their knowledge gained during their EVS and in this way they will spread out not only theoretically but also practically their cause .Finally they will publish an article about their volunteering experience in the local newspaper and give a free edition of it to all the local schools and colleges. Of course, they will upload some articles about their EVS experiences on the Facebook page of their organizations so that the youngsters who do not follow the local press could be also contacted.

5. In project preparation, implementation and dissemination phases will be evaluation with all partners countries, partners will spread information and things what they did and about volunteers selection process, in implementation phase hosting organisation will informe about actualities and partners will support volunteers, in dissemination phase will be provide all project evaluation in a meeting and also by filing evaluation forms. Meeting will be provided in Skype or other webinar program. Evaluation in project time will be with volunteers by using different non-formal methods, (for example, group works, 5 finger method) to evaluate - food, accommodation, mentor work, coordinating process, volunteers feelings, achieved learning moments and other actualities. Volunteers will evaluate developed competences by feeling EVS learning guide individually and with support from mentor and hosting and sending organisations.

6. After the successful implementation of this project, we would like to keep in touch with the partner organizations and work with them also in the future. We plan to organize such kind of events also in other parts of Europe in which we will try to awake the interest of the local people in healthy living.

Normally I like warm weather and sea landscape, but thanks to Busteni project now I can say to have beautiful memory linked to the winter as well... Tolea and Bogdan were friends and chiefs at the same time...they were the first ones to start the activity in the morning and the last ones to end the party at night... I also have met friends from my country and from other country...people with a lot of cultural and personal difference but with an importatn thing in common: be opened and willing to find beauty and good things in life.

STEFAN - Romania

For me, this project was a special project. It was the first training course i had taken, by Erasmus +. I didnt know how a TC look like. My work collegue, Lonia Popescu recommended me to participate in this project and i accepted. I never regret my decission. Here is why. I will keep explaining my reasons to why this project was a really good for me . -New people from different countries: i never met that many people from that many countrie before, so this was for me pretty exciting to know eachother and to find out about their culture and their personality. All the people who participated in this project was really kind and welcoming, with a good vibe, a lot of enthusiasm and positive energy -New activities: in this project there were many activities which was really new for me. I liked every activity. They were prepared and organized in a proffesional way, but also in a open and relaxed way, which encourages participants to be active and to help making these activities better -Funny or memorable moments: Beside activities, there were many funny moments. Every day was special, because of these people, who makes something unique, something funny, or something memorable. Like Radek whos wim in that watterfall (i dont remember the name of that waterfall) only in his underwear, in that fricking cold water. That was really crazy, in a good way. Or when we (i and my team) made a snowman (or snow-woman) who was transsexual and called Conchita, from that singer Conchita Wurst. That was funny for me and a inedite experience. Everyone was making somenthing pretty normal, but us, something weird Organizers: I felt that organizers was really close to participants, filling their request and making sure everything is allright. Activities was organized in a proffesional way. My hat off to Tolea and Bogdan Chiriacescu and to others who contributed in organizing activities

I was a representative of Croatia in „What if“ project in Busteni, along with my friend Sara. I can say for sure that it was my best project by far. There was around 40 of us participants, and we created a very fun and easygoing group. The atmosphere was impeccable, it couldn't have been better. Besides learning about risks which are possible during the whole project-making process, we also had to create a little brochure containing all the risks we could think of. We really learned a lot from each other, and about each other. We learned how to make a good business environment and fulfill our tasks on time. We learned how to be kind to one another, and patient with one another. We learned how to work with people who have certain disabilities and how to fully accept them. We also learned how to be sad together, because in the end that was all there was – sadness for saying goodbye. We learned how to love each other despite our differences. Tolea and Bogdan really made an amazing job, and for that I am eternally grateful. I miss all of you, my dear friends!

JURAJ - Slovakia

Hello my secret friend, these are my lines about the project WHAT IF: On December 2016 I participated in the project called WHAT IF? in Romania. These nine days were great combination of work and fun and I can truly say that it was the best project I have ever been to. Our trainers did an excellent job, joined and united people from different nations, of a different age and also two people with disability into one great and friendly group with very opened atmosphere inside. Every evening we were all sitting together playing games or just talking not because of a scheduled program, but because we wanted to spend our free time together. After this project I applied for a language course of Romanian language and during the summer I am going for three weeks to the country that gave me motivation, many information and new friends.

“What if‌ Busteni, 2017â€? was one of the best project I was involved in. I met wonderful people: smart, creative and full of enthusiasm. Although I contributed to this project as facilitator I learned many interesting and useful things which lead to my personal development. My congratulations to the trainers for designing and implementing this project.

RADU - Romania

The project was very good for me. It was my second project I participated that was organized by Tolea Postovei. The first one was 3 years ago. I liked the idea to participate at another project. I said yes when Lonia Popescu and Stefan Manole selected me to be there. About the location, it was good for me. I knew pretty well the pension, from that project with Tolea (my first one, with my wife). But now, it was different for me to be there in winter. Last time I’ve been there, was summer. The food was well made, as usually. I’m glad that i was served with vegetarian food, just like i required in the formular. The participants were nice people, who i liked to talk with them. They always laughed when i spoke to them by sign language and doing mime. I was happy to see again Liga from Riga, who i met in the last project, 3 years ago. She recognized me immediately. I talked with her more. Activities were really good, well thought and made. I liked how participants reacted to these activities. Some activities were creative. Lonia and Stefan helped me a lot to understand most of those activities, to understand what other participants were saying and to realize the objectives of those activities. I learned a lot about project writing, at european level. I’ d like in the future to make a local project, destinated to deaf people. That’s why i came here, and it was a really good experience, with a lot of information and educative activities. I’ve met professional and experienced people in writing projects. So my thanks goes to Tolea, who gave me this opportunity.

"What if " was my first Erasmus + training course and I understood that there is lot of reasons why people take part from these kind of projects. For me it was very eyes-opened-experience. Also made me think and realize why I like to do and partcipate Erasmus+ projects. I carry on the idea about Erasmus+ babies and Erasmusland!

MARIA - Greece

My What if experience!! This winter in Busteni I had the opportunity to participate in a training course called "What if ? "approaching and trying to resolve all factors that can affect and jeopardize an Erasmus+ project. Using tools and methods such as theater but also through project writing and risk analyzing we approached the subject of risk management and gained very useful information and knowledge on how to deal with risk in our own projects.

Apart from learning we also had a lot of fun!!! Surrounded by the beautiful mountains and landscape of the Carpathians we enjoyed a frozen pre Christmas week full of fun and exciting new people and experiences! The trainers were fantastic and very experienced but most importantly very.. Cool guys and helped us relax and have a great experience!! The selection of the participants was top notch! Inteligent fun people who I really enjoyed being with. We enjoyed the nature and the food of the area and had the opportunity to visit interesting places such as the Dracula castle and the town of Brasov. Thank you for the experience and I hope to do it all over again!!

91

BOGDAN M - Romania

Since "What If" was the first training experience for me with Erasmus + I can tell you that Tolea and Co. did an amazing work teaching us a lot of good things,we had a lot of good time with all the members of the program but the most important thing is the fact that I made friends from almost all Europe. Hopefully I will have another chance to work with him on a future Erasmus+ program.

92

I am happy to meet with different people, understand that we are sharing a lot of common things and discover the nature of Busteni .All together was a great experience also we learned risk management with using different artistic methods. Thank you for all

SAMUEL - Czech Republic/Slovakia

Romania, Romania, Romania. The country with lots of prejudices. This project was one of that experience which could destroy or strengthen prejudices about Romania. While we were traveling across Bucharest, no one was smiling in train station. People looked pretty depressed. You could see lower life standard there. After few hours, we finally arrived in Busteni (2 hours away by train from Bucharest) and my prejudices were destroyed. Not because of luxurious accommodation or high standard of lifestyle in Busteni, but because of the mindset of organizers - Romanians. Taxis were waiting for us in front of train station and dinner was waiting for us too. Everything was well prepared and organized. Moreover, I didn’t have any problem in communication with organizers before my departure. From the first common dinner with my new friends from 16 countries I felt that these people will be interesting. We played many different games together, from name games to games which helped us understand risks which can occur during youth projects. Risk management was also the main topic of the project. Furthermore, we had opportunity to speak about youth projects with experienced people from different countries. It was truly outstanding experience. Beside that experiences, we played different teambuilding games, which created great spirit in the group. We visited Dracula castle, tasted national cousine and danced national dances. In the end, everyone was so sad that the project is in its end.

94

NINA - Bulgaria

For me "What if" project was absolutely full of knowledge, beautiful emotions and creative ideas. I am so glad of that my first participation in training course to be exactly "What if". I had the chance to visit that cosy place Busteni in the winter, where we get so much comfort and relaxed (Thank you organizators!). It was unbelieveble how close the participants get just from the first meet. There was so good harmony to share our time together and even better during the workshops. I became so much interesting about the ideas of youngsters nowadays. This project for me was just amazing start of my " Erasmus life" in projects. The main thing which is still in my head is that "Sharing is caring" . I can finish with so big "Thank you" for all good memories which we created there and for the big experience during the course

95

ILZE - Latvia

One week full of knowledge friendship and fun. We talk about risks, we took risks and we experience risks. I am happy that I had opportunity to be there and meet this people. Every day was different. Every personality had some amazing shade. And we shared our inspirations and just done funny things together. It is realy something how fast we get to know others and how close we can become. And when people feel free they can be themselves. And they can give the best of them to others. So we gave the best of us to others! The most real moments hide in small things. After eight days, filled with small detail and magical moments, it seems this project was magic. Thanks for it

What if I would have not been part of the “What If?” training course? - I would have not met so amazingly kind, motivated, wise people - I would have not had a great time - I would have not enriched my life and professional experience For all those reasons, and many more, I'm happy that “What If?” was a real thing! 97

TOLEA "Dracula "- Romania

A project is important when it happens. "What If ? " has a wonderful story: 2 times rejected, then on the waiting list and then in reality when the stars decided is the right time. What if was optimism, involvment,,walking in snow and cold, hot wine, dancing and playing games,Santa Claus and Dracula, learning with smile on our faces and enjoying every second ...and the power of DIXIT.Now ,the biggest RISK is to meet again eachother and spend again wonderful moments together. I have met a wonderful group of participants: enthusiastic, sociable, eager to learn and share their previous experiences, involved and active. The activities were challenging, diverse, attractive, but also we had a very balanced program. Some impressions about the organizing team: always present, ready to solve all the problems and to make everyone comfortable and cheerful. The last but not least, I will give my impressions about the location :mountains, snow, great food, comfortable rooms, Santa Claus, what else can one wish for? The secret of a succesful project is about all these things. I find it truly difficult to be more content about a training after participating in What If.

"VILA CRISTINA" TEAM: ANDREEA :I like the weeks when we can host Erasmus + projects because you feel interconnected with the an entire world.Even if it looks more tired for us, after the groups are leaving we feel a big empty space not only in the location but also in our hearts. This group brought a totally different atmosphere and i prefer this kind of happenings as we discover new ways of thinking and new traditions.
