FROM

MEMORIES IN THE MAKING By: Heather Kalayjian, Executive Director: Events & Activities Each day, as I pull through the gates at Regency, I am awe struck with the progress and development of our community. This is my first experience with the transformation of a big piece of “dirt” into a neighborhood. My contribution to this process is to engage buyers and residents and create a welcoming network of neighbors and our Toll Brothers team. From mixers in our models to offsite trips to the Smith Center and the Mob Museum, to exploring local restaurants and striding together through the trails of the Paseos in Summerlin, we are building a community, finding similar interests, experiencing new adventures and creating a playground for our residents for years to come. As the days and months move along, we witness the progress of the Clubhouse with great anticipation. We will soon have our “home away from home” to socialize, exercise, read, relax, and make new friends. We will enjoy our great rooms and outdoor spaces for lounging, events, and seminars; our game rooms to play cards and dice; the demonstration kitchen to cook and enjoy meals together – and much, much more! The fitness center will be a hub for cardio, strength training, mind and body classes, swimming, and lounging by the pools.

Smith Center Motown Matinee Pre-Show Gathering

Thank you for choosing Regency and Toll Brothers. Thus far, the ride has been a good one and we look forward to continuing to build the relationships and, of course, your homes! Tipsy Tuesday

REGENCY AT SUMMERLIN — THE PLACE TO BE! By: Jason Willoby, Senior Project Manager Spring is here and with it comes the opening of the Regency Clubhouse. Let’s celebrate! Enjoy a workout before you relax with a coffee; swim laps and experience the luxury locker rooms and showers; bring a good book or your tablet to the library and enjoy on your own or with a friend. Bocce ball is a great game that welcomes both the serious competitors and more social players, or hang out inside for card games, billiards, and more. We want to connect neighbors to get a weekly poker game going and Bunco is easy to learn and a lot of fun! Our Clubhouse has resort-style outdoor amenities which will be surrounded by incredibly beautiful landscaping including a covered social area with a fireplace, refrigerator, and barbeque. Between the outdoor and indoor amenities, prepare to have a schedule filled with new activities each and every day at Regency! Pickleball is celebrating 50 years and we anticipate great participation here at Regency. Pickleball continues to be the fastest

growing paddle sport in the United States and for good reason; 2.5 million Americans in all 50 states enjoy the social and physical benefits of the game. We have six courts to enjoy. Two tennis courts are complete and we will be organizing clinics for beginners to experts. Regency will be home to the serious tennis player as well as the first time player, so we can all take advantage of this pleasurable sport. Our outdoor resort-style pool is the epitome of luxury and the indoor pool will be open year-round for aqua sports and lap swim. We are thrilled to have about 50 residents on property and our home sites are on the move. We released another phase of home sites in March, so make sure to tell a friend. Remember, life at Regency is better with friends! Also, please consult a member of the Toll Brothers teams to explain the resident referral bonus program. Thank you for joining our neighborhood here at Regency and building your home with us. We are all thrilled to have you as a part of our family and look forward to a terrific year!
