REGENCY VIP CLUBHOUSE GALA Regency hosted their VIP Clubhouse Gala on March 24 to debut their new 17,000 sq. ft. luxury active-adult clubhouse which includes an indoor swimming pool and spa, demonstration Kitchen, Grand Lounge, Game Room, Library, and more. The Toll Brothers team welcomed Regency residents to their new clubhouse during the red carpet event. Homeowners enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, live music, and a champagne toast given by division president, John Tolbert. The much anticipated clubhouse left homeowners awestruck as they enjoyed their special night.
