REGENCY AT ITS FINEST - UPDATES AND WHAT’S TO COME By: Brittany Taylor, Community Director Over the past few months, our fitness program and amenities have continued to expand along with the size of the community. Thank you all for giving our new fitness instructor, OG, a very warm welcome! His “Fitness Forever” class has certainly been a hit. We’ve also started hosting Massage Monday with massage therapist Ilene Gilbertson. Since our first Massage Monday, Ilene has booked numerous individual clients. It’s great to see the massage room being extremely popular! Don’t forget, you can always book the massage room with your own personal massage therapist – convenience at its finest. Speaking of growth, I’d like to introduce our newest member of the Regency team: Lifestyle Director, Lisa Federico. Lisa will be instrumental to our lifestyle programming, and I’m excited to have her on board. Be sure to introduce yourself at our next community event, as she is thrilled to meet each of you.

Regency at Summerlin Clubhouse

What’s in store for the fall months? In September, we’ll have the opportunity to meet author Laura McBride during our Book Club meeting. We’ll take a stroll over to the Fresh Farmers and Artisans Market, and we’ll host pickleball enthusiasts from around the Valley at our Regency Clubhouse Festival. October will be just as exciting; our Oktoberfest event will highlight authentic German fare and entertainment. Additionally, we’ll enjoy a Veterans Day ceremony to honor our servicemen and women in November. This season will be nothing short of a fabulous time! Thank you for your continued support as we develop our community. We take every suggestion into consideration and are using your comments to make Regency a neighborhood that’s truly yours. Stay tuned for more exciting updates as we grow!
