By: Jason Willoby, Senior Project Manager Toll Brothers broke ground on the Regency model homes in October 2015 and kicked off the creation of the premier age privileged community in the Las Vegas Valley. We unveiled our exquisite model homes in April and that same month started construction for our first home buyers at Regency. Outstanding management and construction teams have been working around the clock to bring our community to life. We are looking forward to welcoming our first residents in to their homes this Fall. The Regency team has been hosting resident events both on and off property and they have been enjoyed by all.

However, we are ready for the next steps to have our residents here with us in our community. We are now fulfilling dreams. Construction is well under way on our state of the art clubhouse. It will be the heart of our community for social events, fitness, informational seminars, games and getting to know new people who share your interests and experiences. We are on track for our opening this Winter. Our Regency team is eager to welcome each and every one of you and help you out along the way. Your sales, project management and construction teams are all here for you. Just let us know how we can make your transition to Regency seamless.

CREATING A COMMUNITY By: Heather Kalayjian, Executive Director: Events & Activities Toll Brothers’ goal is to build quality, luxury homes and deliver stellar service throughout the process. Above and beyond, we strive to create communities. You move your precious family and possessions in to a new home and we strive to connect you with others who are doing the same thing around you. When starting a group or community, you find like-minded people who help you feel grounded and connect you to what matters in your life. People love to gather; look back on our events at the Sundance model home, Flemings Steakhouse, Vintner Grill, and Dom Demarcos Pizzeria. Even on our “Stride and Smile” walks around your new neighborhood, the connections you make are lasting. Smiles connect people and break down boundaries; laughter is infectious and therapeutic. Fellowship is critical to a person’s wellness especially in our fast paced environment and society. When people come together with similar interests, ideals, and goals, a community is building. Nurturing these groups is my goal.

We welcome and thank our four ambassadors for Regency at Summerlin: Richard Santomauro, Carol Horton, and Tom and Barbara Doxey. We did not plan to have three next door neighbors. They connected at our first events and all volunteered to be a part of our Ambassador Program. They will assist me in coming up with new events, help out at events, and spread the word about why they chose Toll Brothers and Regency at Summerlin. If you are interested in more information about the Ambassador Program, please let me know and I will fill you in. As we get closer to the opening of the clubhouse, I welcome residents’ ideas and input for groups and clubs. I will get you started with like-minded neighbors so we can create a fabulous community. Tennis, bocce ball, pickleball, language groups, games, gardening, golf, travel, genealogy, computer technology, hiking and striding are all groups I know to be successful from the community I directed before Regency at Summerlin. I look forward to getting to know you and your families and connect us all as a community for years to come.
