WELCOME TO L A S V E G A S , N E VA D A

FROM

REGENCY AT ITS FINEST By: Heather Kalayjian, Executive Director: Events & Activities We welcomed our first residents, Rich and Ginny Santomauro, on September 28. In the following months, more residents moved in weekly and our houses became homes. We were able to see and experience the fruits of our labor here at Regency, thanks to the hardwork and dedication of our Sales Team, Design Center, Project Managers, and Construction Managers. Each home is truly the result of impressive teamwork! We have enjoyed our mixers, our walks, and our outings. Your participation and support have made these events successful, and the smiles and laughter of our participants have been infectious. I have been listening to your input and will do my best to honor your requests and to find residents with similar interests; there is only more to come! I have greatly enjoyed spending time with our Ambassadors: Rich Santomauro, Alan Holtzer, Kelly Fleming, Carol Horton, and Tom and Barbara Doxey. Their assistance with the events is so crucial, and we have a good time in the process! If you are interested in more information about the Ambassador Program, please let me know. We launched a Smile and Stride group, a Book Club, and a Pickleball activity on the fabulous temporary court Jason and his team built. I welcome residents’ ideas and input for groups and clubs. I will get you started with like-minded neighbors so that we can create a fabulous community. Please reach out to me if you have the time and desire to get involved.

INTRODUCING BRITTANY TAYLOR, COMMUNITY MANAGER By Brittany Taylor, Community Manager, CCAM In September, I joined Regency at Summerlin as the on-site Community Manager. I am an employee of the Homeowners Association (HOA) and contracted through First Service Residential. I will have an office in the clubhouse, so be sure to come by for coffee and a chat. I will be responsible for overseeing the dayto-day association operations and managing the clubhouse staff to ensure that things run as smoothly as possible. My mission is to deliver exceptional service that enhances the value of every property and the lifestyle of every resident in the community. I look forward to working side by side with homeowners and Toll Brothers to create the optimum living environment. I was born and raised in California, and I have also enjoyed living in Chicago, IL, and Manchester, NH, before embarking on my career in the HOA industry in 2012. The first community I managed was

Cedar Ridge Estates in Lake Arrowhead, CA. Since then I have managed a wide variety of properties including luxury lakeside living, large-scale associations, and communities in development. My vast experience has contributed to my ability to offer a highclass residential living experience. Certified in California and licensed in Nevada, I sit on the editorial committee for the California Association of Community Managers organization, regularly writing articles for publication on timely industry topics. I will also be speaking as an invited guest at the organization’s 2017 Law Seminar in Northern California. Outside of the office, I enjoy visiting Nevada’s many national parks and playing tour guide to my husband’s often-visiting family members from New Zealand and Australia. I currently live in Summerlin with my husband and daughter along with a dog, parrot, and host of goldfish.
