During the government-mandated lockdowns last March, the team had to get creative when selling homes. “When this all started, sellers didn’t want potential buyers coming in and walking through their homes,” Walters says. “Obviously, they didn’t feel safe doing this, so as realtors we had to come up with safe ways to show homes.” Walters is on the relocation team with F.C. Tucker, helping buyers moving to the Carmel area for the first time.
