The Pleasure Ridge Park center recently moved to a new facility on Saint Andrews Church Road, and Valley underwent an expansion to accommodate 50 more children. Across all centers, they can serve 700 children.

care are so important because you’re dropping off your precious children to someone else,” Hornback says. “You’ve got to trust that they are in good hands.” Though the center had to shut down for a period of time at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, they have now reopened, which thrills both the students and teachers. “When we reopened on June 15, the children came running in smiling,” Hornback says. “They were so happy to see their friends again, and the teachers felt the same way. They were so ready to get back to work and interact with the children.”

“We have many children who start with us when they are babies and stay with us through their school-age years,” Hornback says. “It’s wonderful forming those relationships.
