A Recent Example: The recent Covid19 Pandemic took most businesses by surprise. In rapid fashion, we were able to provide our Members valuable information from small business resiliency grants, PPP & EIDL Loans, industry specific webinar, and PPE resources to help them weather the storm. Additionally, we were able to help business owners learn about the vast amount of ever-changing human resources and legal issues surrounding this pandemic to keep their business open and profitable. We leverage the expertise of our community partners and members to serve one another.

ADVOCACY AND PUBLIC POLICY – While you work on your business you can rest easy knowing we are in your corner fighting to make Noblesville the best place in Indiana to do business. We are an independent organization and our No. 1 priority will always be our business community. We continuously work with our government entities at all levels to ensure the voice of business is heard. Government programs, policies, planning, and regulations all influence business success and the economic health of our community. We take a seat at the table on your behalf, to ensure actions support you, your business, your employees, and our community. Examples of our Leadership: We played an integral part with Mayor Chris Jensen’s transition team, providing guidance on economic/ workforce development and business insights. Our Chamber, with partners like the Noblesville Schools, has led the way in the development of the Noblesville Diversity Coalition; ensuring all voices are heard and all residents enjoy economic opportunities to advance. We leverage our work through partnerships with organizations like Noblesville Main Street, Hamilton County Workforce Innovation Network, Serve Noblesville, Hamilton County Tourism, Good Samaritan Network, and HAND. We ensure our Members are represented in all facets of business and life in Noblesville.

NETWORKING AND RELATIONSHIPS - We are a people-centered business advocacy organization. Relationships are paramount in business success. You can leverage the power of connectivity through our many programs, events, and services. Discover future partners in enterprise, your next hire, new customers, and gain knowledge from your peers. The people represented within our Member community come from a range of industries and expertise. Get help to expand your business, customer base, or solving an issue. Things may look different now, but the impact is still there: With the need to socially distance many in person gatherings have been interrupted. We pivoted quickly toward virtual meetings, webinars, and online networking events. Now that things have begun moving forward with re-opening, we will continue to offer virtual gatherings along with safe face to face events. So, whether you’re interested in attending a Women In Noblesville (WIN network) Coffee and Connect, a Young Professionals Afterhours Linkup or our monthly luncheon – we will ensure your ability to connect and share your story is not a thing of the past.
