“I like bringing them all to the table and helping them understand the advantages and resources that are available from the government,” Haberman says. “It’s important for young adults to understand that they don’t know what they don’t know, and that’s OK. Look at me. I went from thinking I wanted to be an accountant to being a vocal performer to becoming a Marine. To most people, those are completely unrelated fields, but all of them have an overarching leadership component.”
