AVERAGE PRICE UP 9.0%

The average closed price for July 2024 was $730,048 compared to July 2023 when the average price was $669,651.

MEDIAN PRICE UP 0.7%

The median closed price for July 2024 was $560,000 compared to July 2023 when the median price was $556,000.

NEW FOR SALE SOLD

INVENTORY UP 13.6%

The number of active listings in July 2024 was 1,411 compared to July 2023 when the number active listings was 1,242.

NEW LISTINGS DOWN 3.9%

The number of new listings in JJuly 2024 was 471 compared to July 2023 when the number of new listings was 490.
