AVERAGE PRICE UP 2.6%

The average closed price for April 2024 was $453,317 compared to April 2023 when the average price was $441,751.

MEDIAN PRICE UP 3.6%

The median closed price for April 2024 was $429,900 compared to April 2023 when the median price was $415,000.

INVENTORY UP 22.8%

Inventory as of this report totals 851 properties which represents 2.0 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 1.6 months supply.

The number of new listings in April 2024 was 911, compared to April 2023 when 759 new listings were reported.
