Closed sales of single family homes on less than one acre including condos for August 2024 total 500 compared to August 2023 when the total was 584.

AVERAGE PRICE UP 1.3%

The average closed price for August 2024 was $461,555 compared to August 2023 when the average price was $455,443.

MEDIAN PRICE UP 0.9%

The median closed price for August 2024 was $424,995 compared to August 2023 when the median price was $421,350.

NEW FOR SALE SOLD

INVENTORY UP 19.4%

Inventory as of this report totals 1,305 properties which represents 2.6 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 1.9 months supply.

NEW LISTINGS UP 10.9%

The number of new listings in August 2024 was 893, compared to August 2023 when 805 new listings were reported.
