The average closed price for July 2024 was $462,597 compared to July 2023 when the average price was $464,776.

The median closed price for July 2024 was $420,000 compared to July 2023 when the median price was $425,000.

Inventory as of this report totals 1,281 properties which represents 2.6 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 2.1 months supply.

The number of new listings in July 2024 was 824, compared to July 2023 when 802 new listings were reported.
