Closed sales of single family homes on less than one acre including condos for October 2023 total 341 compared to October 2022 when the total was 429.

AVERAGE PRICE DOWN 2.2% The average closed price for November 2023 was $4278,185 compared to November 2022 when the average price was $436,850.

MEDIAN PRICE UP 3.3% The median closed price for November 2023 was $408,000 compared to November 2022 when the median price was $395,000.

INVENTORY UP 11.9% FOR SALE

Inventory as of this report totals 994 properties which represents 2.9 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 2.1 months supply. Note: Months supply based on closed sales for November

NEW LISTINGS UP 16.4% The number of new listings in November 2023 was 560, compared to November 2022 when 481 new listings were reported.
