HISTORY
Natural, sensory escapes, rich experiences and genuine warmth Conceived in 2005 to create authentic Vietnamese luxury resorts, An Lâm Retreats planted roots in Nha Trang’s Ninh Van Bay in 2011 and Ho Chi Minh City in 2012. In 2015, An Lam Ninh Van Bay was recognised as the 2nd best hotel in Vietnam and the 13th best hotel in Asia by the TripAdvisor Guest Awards. With an extensive range of hospitality services, the An Lâm Retreats brand turns beautiful open spaces into sanctuaries, with a focus on nature and featuring exquisite artistry and refined details. An Lâm holds Vietnam’s heartfelt service culture at our core, offering a personalised butler programme that is both intuitive and discreet. Staff is locally hired and trained, and proud to represent their region in a warm and genuine, yet professional, manner. Lam blossomed as a designer in his early career and gained an excellent reputation for crafting exquisite wooden furniture. Lam founded Tran Duc Homes, which is now one of the leading manufacturers of garden and indoor furniture in Vietnam. In 2010, Lam envisioned a luxury lifestyle brand inspired by the classical beauty of nature and the elegance of Vietnamese culture – An Lâm. Committed to growing the brand, Lam plans to open six more An Lâm Retreats before 2020 across Vietnam.
Jurairat “Jerri” Povibool is a sales and marketing professional with more than 25 years of experience. Currently based in Nha Trang, she was born and raised in Thailand and graduated from business school in Bangkok and specialised in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE). In 1995 she switched to the hotel industry, working in sales for Royal Cliff Beach Resort, Pattaya Exhibition Center and Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Center (BITEC).
Lam holds a postgraduate degree in education and a master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Ho Chi Minh City. He also is a member of the World President Organisation (WPO).
Prior to An Lâm, she was the Hotel Manager at Ravindra Beach Resort & Spa, the Regional Director of Sales at Vinpearl Hotels Groups and the Director of Group Business Development for Le Meridien Thailand.

Dynamic, passionate, experienced – Antoine oversees all aspects of the company, from business development and marketing to strategic planning and the unique creation of An Lâm properties and services. Before joining An Lâm, Antoine served as the senior operations manager at AccorHotels in the Asia-Pacific region. He oversaw the hotel operations and business development of multiple assets, including Sofitel, Novotel Hotels and Mercure Hotels. In 2002, he founded his own hospitality consulting and management firm, which is now a part of An Lâm Hospitality, under the Tran Duc Group.
Dedicated to guest satisfaction, Sanri cultivates strategies for increasing An Lâm Hospitality’s operational efficiency and creating a productive working environment. Prior to An Lâm, he served in senior positions for prestigious brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in the Middle East and South East Asia. In 2009, Sanri settled in Vietnam, where he spent four years managing high-value resort properties under the ownership of Indochina Capital. Bringing a wealth of experience, he later joined An Lâm as a Rooms Division Manager at An Lâm Saigon River.
Antoine holds a master’s degree in hospitality management from Lausanne Hotel Management School in Switzerland.
Sanri holds a bachelor of science in hotel administration from University of Nevada in Las Vegas.
