Porous theme on the roof to allow natural light inside.

A second lower floor allows for a separation between public and private areas.

lower floor is integrated seamwith the contours of the site increase vegetation and reduce footprint.

Concept

To percolate means to filter gradually through a porous surface or substance. I implemented this in my design by adding glass tubes to allow natural light into the building. This also allows the public to view into the private parts of the building and vice versa.
