Rivera Real Estate is an online, family run estate agency, established in 2022 and owned by husband-and-wife combo, Richie Worthington and Alejandra Cañas del Castillo.

Having worked in the Spanish real estate sector for one of the longer serving real estate companies in the area, specifically Torrox, Richie, originally from Buckinghamshire in England, has gained years of experience listing and selling properties in La Axarquia. Alejandra, originally from Malaga City, has garnered many years of experience in the retail management sector, both in the UK and Spain.

As an online agency (based in Caleta de Velez), we offer a competitive commission to vendors. Unlike larger agencies, we have a select portfolio of properties for sale which enables us to concentrate fully on those listed with us whilst offering a more personal touch. Should a vendor decide to sell exclusively with Rivera Real Estate, we do not insist on a six month or twelve-month contractual commitment for exclusivity. We figure, if you are happy with us, you will stay with us!
