ABOUT THE SPRING / SUMMER 2015 RANGE For this range we set out on a mission to create a New Zealand made homeware range that would offer affordable design options without any compromises on quality. Our products draw on our current designs - we’re all about natural textures with pops of colour and clean designs. At Toodles Noodles we celebrate creativity and want to offer the tools you need to make your home your own. It’s all in the little details. ABOUT TOODLES NOODLES Toodles Noodles – New Zealand made and owned is an eco-friendly stationery and homeware company specialising in cheeky, beautiful, and colourful design perfect for every occasion. We believe that the gifts you give should be as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside! The name comes from the sign off the founder Liora Saad and her sister would use every time they wrote a letter, talked on the phone or online. So when trying to come up with a name for the company that was about sharing the joy of communication, it seemed like the perfect fit. When starting Toodles Noodles, Liora wanted to show her love for gift wrap and her new home by utilising what New Zealand had to offer. All the products are produced in New Zealand and are either made from 100% recycled material or the most eco-friendly products possible. All designs and products are designed by Liora herself. Her designs are made to channel the New Zealand natural, earth feel while still maintaining the current design trends. The Toodles Noodles studio is located just outside Cambridge in the picturesque Waikato. Fantastic for inspiration - surrounded by beautiful and tranquil New Zealand farmland.

ABOUT LIORA Founder and designer, Liora Saad, is originally from Palo Alto in the Bay Area, California and moved to New Zealand in 2007. Since then she is proud to call this beautiful country home and embrace its culture as her own. Liora has a BA in Graphic Design and a BA in Visual Communications from American University in Washington, DC.

The ‘Stay Awesome’ wall stickers is a collaboration between decal specialists One Hundred Percent Heart and designers Toodles Noodles. The removable stickers are an excellent way to update a room without the cost and permanence of painting. The Wall Stickers are made from specific Wall Art Vinyl that is designed to not leave any marks on your walls. The stickers are available in both black and gold. The ‘With Love From Us’ collection is a collaboration between ceramic artists Jenz Studio and designers Toodles Noodles. The ceramic art tiles are made to display in both interior and exterior spaces. All the designs are handmade from scratch, in the Jenz Studio based in Tauranga - no two items are identical. TERMS OF TRADE ORDERING To order online, visit our website: www.toodlesnoodles.com Otherwise feel free to phone 021 808 464 or email us hello@toodlesnoodles.com MINIMUM QUANTITIES All first time orders have a minimum order value of $250 (excluding GST); all repeat orders have no minimum order values but minimum order quantities apply. Please refer to our price sheet for information on each product, as pack sizes vary. FREIGHT We ship via Fastway Couriers. Prices do not include freight, which is calculated and applied to your final invoice before final payment and dispatch. Pickups are welcome from our Waikato studio at no additional charge. A hand delivery charge for local stockists applies for $5 per order. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Return of faulty/broken items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please e-mail the details of the damage to hello@toodlesnoodles.com and quote your invoice number.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the invoice has been paid. We do not accept return of unsold goods or changes of mind. Most of our products are handmade; therefore some variation between the same product can occur. This is not considered a fault. ORDER DISPATCH We try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Instock items will usually dispatch within 2-5 days. If an item is out of stock at time of order, we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. PRICES Wholesale prices shown on order forms are exclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our price list. Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS Any accounts that are outstanding for over 60 days will be subjected to a late fee of 15% of your invoice total.

PAYMENT TERMS All first time orders must be pre-paid in full prior to shipping. All reorders are due the 20th of the following month. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All Toodles Noodles product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Toodles Noodles. Approved stockists are welcome to use any of the images on their main website for the purpose of promoting the products. High resolution images are available upon request. LIABILITY Toodles Noodles cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expense (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade. EXCLUSIVITY We are open to discuss any exclusivity requests. To be able to offer you exclusivity, minimum order amounts per season will apply. Exclusivity will be reviewed each season. To be granted exclusivity on the entire brand, you will need to order across the range. We can also work with exclusivity on certain products/product lines.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS By placing an order with Toodles Noodles, you are agreeing to our Terms of Trade. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately and will be emailed to you. CUSTOM WORK As well as being a brand we also act as a custom design studio and are available to take on custom design and illustration work on a limited basis.
