1/2 Cup Nuts 1/2 Cup Seeds 2 Cups Mixed Fruit 2 Cups Cereal 1/4 Cup Protein (Vanilla or Unflavored) 1/2 Cup Dry Oatmeal
COMBINE & MICROWAVE together 1-2 minutes

Combine the dry & wet mixtures together
