• Travel/Arrival: All players and spectators must arrive at Downlands College in Blazer dress with Akubra. Boys must be in Blazer dress for the duration of the day unless warming up or playing.
• Warm Up/Game: Players must wear correct TGS rugby gear. Jerseys must be tucked in and socks up.
• Mouthguards: Mouthguards are compulsory for all TGS rugby players in 2024.
Toowoomba Grammar School
A canteen will be available for games at TGS at the TGS Pavilion.

Various food and beverage vendors will be situated around the ovals, along with available EFTPOS facilities. Food vendors in attendance:

• TGS boarders playing at Home or wishing to spectate at Downlands will have lunch in the Dining Hall at 11:30am prior to departing for Downlands College at 12:15pm.
• TGS boarders playing at Downlands will receive a voucher to collect lunch from the Downlands canteen.
Parking space is limited at Downlands College, so it is highly advised to arrange transportation to and from the College to prevent parking delays.
Parking will be accessible off Ruthven Street on the front oval.
Please kindly adhere to the guidance of the Downlands College volunteer parking attendants.
TGS teams will have access to the change rooms on Graham Green Oval at Downlands. This oval is the warm-up area for all TGS teams.
First Aid will be available at TGS and Downlands College with an ambulance onsite at each campus. TGS will also have a TGS sports trainer and nurse at Downlands College.
• NO Alcohol is to be consumed at TGS or Downlands. Grammar Downlands is a dry event only.
• NO Smoking; Toowoomba Grammar and Downlands College are a non-smoking campuses.
