She sees music as a powerful source for unity, and she strives to use her artistry to spread joy and inspire others. Fans and critics are eagerly anticipating what she will do next, and it’s clear that her star is only going to continue to rise in the years to come.

Olla, your carier growth over the last few years is impressive, tell us more about your new achievements

The past year was incredibly productive. First of all, my team and I have written and produced a number of great songs which I started releasing this year. We were experimenting a lot with various sounds, ethnic instruments, production and vocal techniques to make each song sound special, different and memorable.

Secondly, a lot of work has been done for the visual content that I release along with my music. I have had numerous video shoots in different countries. It’s important for me that every small detail of the video conveys the atmosphere and the vibe of the song. So I’m always picky about the locations, styles and actors.

With each new song and video, I was trying to push myself to a new level of expression for my music to bring some meaningful insights to the audience, and to also tell something about myself as a human being.

What is your inspiration?

Despite on the tough schedule full of studio sessions, shoots, vocal classes, and many other activities, I have been traveling a lot recently. Discovering new places and cultures is one of my main sources of inspiration. Getting to know people of a different historical background is an adventure that broadens my imagination and always teaches me something new. Most of the songs which I wrote, came to me in my travels, especially when I travel with people I love. Love is definitely something that stimulates me. Its electrifying power cultivated many ideas which together with my team I turn into songs.

Tell us about your latest achievements?

This year I have already released 2 songs. The latest single is called “Prana”. The title comes from the yogic teaching, that I am very fond of, and is translated from Sanskrit as “life force energy” or “breath of life”. This song is an incredibly romantic, calming and meditative piece that portrays love as a great source of energy and power.

My next single “Weightless” will be released on the 5th of May along with a music video. This track is quite different from what I’ve released before. It was inspired by the Italian disco music, and I believe we managed to make it very dynamic and groovy. As always we have recorded lots of live instruments, as well as experimented with various sounds to achieve a unique blend of a nostalgic sound with a modern touch. The music video is also a very artistic piece with its own style and mood. I am super excited about the song and I am looking forward to sharing it with all of you on the 5th of May.

Are we gonna listen to your new album soon?

I am to release more singles in the nearest future. And at the same time I am working on my album, that will embody all of my ideas and thoughts about life and love. As I was always a big fan of psychology, I would love to encrypt my knowledge of the subject into the music. So it won’t be just a beautiful art piece, but a set of meaningful thoughts talking about the essentials of life.
