Aaaahhh…September! Truly one of my favorite months of the year. As quoted by Helen Hunt Jackson, “By all these lovely tokens September days are here, with summer’s best of weather, and autumn’s best of cheer.”

Warm sunny days with minimal humidity. Crisp, cool nights that beg for an outdoor fi repit surrounded by friends and family. And libations. If you live in Kentucky, those libations usually call for anything bourbon. This month I’ve collected some fun bourbon-inspired fi nds to set the tone—even if you don’t partake in drinking this popular bluegrass mash.
