As the eldest among her siblings, Anna’s childhood in Cambodia was shaped by her parents’ livelihood at the local fish market, where she would assist in selling the day’s catch. It was there that her drive and entrepreneurial spirit was born. In Cambodia, Anna met her beloved husband, Yii. Together, they now have three beautiful daughters making their lives a busy, but rewarding, whirlwind of parenting and managing their own business.

After opening the first Lavish Nails seven years ago, Anna now runs a thriving business and is watching her goals take shape. Her success story continued to unfold when she opened a second salon in Georgetown. The Leams recently celebrated the grand opening of their third salon, Lavish Nails 2 on Nicholasville Road.

Lavish Nails has become a space that clients know they can pause and relax with a little self-care. Anna’s motivation stems from her desire to provide for her family, offer opportunities for her employees to thrive, deliver exceptional client experiences and give back to the community. Besides her professional achievements, Anna is revered by her loved ones as an excellent cook, a loyal friend, and a great karaoke partner.
