Windows & Doors is not actually named after “Anne Of Green Gables,” as many might believe. Rather, it takes its name from owner and operator Landon Howe’s favorite color as well as the gable peaks that are common with his favorite styles of architecture.

“After writing down roughly 50 potential business names, ‘Green Gables’ immediately jumped off the page,” Howe recalled.

Clearly, the name has served Howe well, as his company is now well known for its quality entry and patio doors, vinyl windows, Marvin windows and seamless gutters, as well as its experienced and certified installers who bring a passion for their craft to each client’s home.

“Our passion for what we do, our communication and also how we treat clients and their homes is what sets us apart in our industry,” Howe explained. “From our first contact with a potential client, cultivating a first-class experience for the homeowner is at the forefront of our minds. When it comes to craftsmanship and installations, if we are anything, we are meticulous and thorough with each project that we take on — from design and on to the installation itself.”
