UK RETAIL PHARMACIES Pharmacy Services

UK Retail Pharmacies offer seven full-service retail pharmacies that are open to everyone – not just UK patients or staff. The eighth location, in Beaumont, is currently open only to UK employees and patients of the Bluegrass Care Clinic. All UK Retail Pharmacies locations offer FREE mail delivery on most prescriptions, discounts on many medications (UK Health Plans members get half off most copays – up to $60), and expert care. Our pharmacies also offer vaccinations for flu, COVID, shingles, hepatitis A and more, as well as convenient one-stop testing and treatment for flu, strep, COVID and UTIs. (These services vary by location).

Each of the eight pharmacy locations is led by a “PIC,” or Pharmacist-in-Charge, who keeps things running smoothly. These highly educated, expert pharmacists are dedicated to serving the community by providing the most advanced – and most affordable – pharmacy services possible.

O’Shea Hudspeth, PharmD, Chandler Retail Pharmacy. Located inside Chandler Hospital Pavilion A, on the first floor behind the gift shop, Chandler Retail Pharmacy is now the ONLY pharmacy in Lexington that is ALWAYS OPEN.
