As the first female CEO in ExecuTrain’s history, Crinda Francke leads a team of subject matter experts for Fortune 500 companies, working with clients to design the highest-quality training, consulting, and support services to fit their needs.

“Going into my 29th year in business, the most important lesson I have learned is to be adaptable and ready to pivot to meet the rapidly-changing business climate in which we live,” Francke said. “Focusing on the positive, what’s good in a situation, has always inspired me. While it’s important to find a solution during a challenging time, it’s equally important that you don’t allow yourself to get bogged down in negativity. Solutions are what motivate me!”

Francke embodies a can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile that sets ExecuTrain apart from its competition, offering a special combination of heart and years of experience to the benefit of her clients. For her, these were qualities that were instilled at a young age by the woman she looked to as a hero.

“My mom has always been my role model in leadership and life in general,” Francke recalled. “I watched her seemingly effortlessly manage a career in politics and make everyone around her feel special. What I also witnessed was how much she worried about people and making things better for them.” 859-271-0296
