OLGA TELESIN

Thirteen years ago, REALTOR® Olga Telesin completed her first home flip at the advice of her father who had worked in commercial real estate for many years. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Denver, Olga possessed the people and marketing skills needed to become a stand out REALTOR®. She also loved homes and saw a lot of opportunity in real estate that other industries didn’t have. In 2016, Olga decided to get her real estate license. She has since served countless families. “I go where my clients take me within the Denver Metro Area,” she explains.

Over half of Olga’s clients are people she has either worked with before, or who find her through referrals. Her tagline is, “I am never too busy for any of your referrals!”

As a people person, Olga cares deeply about making every client’s experience a meaningful one. Meeting new clients makes her feel fulfilled and in time, most of her clients become like family to her. “Treating people well is the key to success in this business,” she says. “I always put 100% into making my clients happy.”

Even small touches, like sending out occasional notes or items of value and inviting them to various events that she hosts, remind clients that Olga is always around and available to answer questions.

Olga believes strongly that real estate is the best investment in life and wants to help her clients achieve success, both in terms of having a great home as well as a strong financial standing.

Olga believes strongly that real estate is the best investment in life and wants to help her clients achieve success, both in terms of having a great home as well as a strong financial standing. As she is in the process of building her own property portfolio, she knows exactly what her clients are going through and how to help them navigate the tricky world of real estate.

“When you find the right home, you know it,” she says. “I can tell when it is going to be a sound investment.”

Trilingual in English, Russian, and Spanish, Olga is able to work with a diverse array of clients throughout Denver. She is deeply connected to the Russian community on a personal level and makes a point of hosting many events with them throughout the year. “I want to bring as much as I can to our community,” she says. “Especially when it means helping kids.” As a mother of two children, Olga spends a lot of her spare time volunteering for school events and cheering at their soccer games. She also loves attending her weekly Zumba class.

Olga’s sales are very impressive, averaging between $10 and 17 million per year. She is hoping to build a team in the near future, but insists that even then, it won’t be about the numbers as much as it will be about the quality of care and happiness of her clients.

“I love the look on a buyer’s face when they find their house,” she says. “While I see it all the time, it never gets old!”
