The organisation was established in 2015 due to a shift in the public and private sector demand for entities to be more efficient in what they do - not only that but to introduce new ways in driving their holistic goals.
RBSLINK & CO. aims to please all customers by providing services to enhance and better their over all production or to just give fresh new solutions to entity hindering problems. After all, high productivity increases the bottom line.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Amanda Mtungwa is a financial accounting Graduate with over 15 years in the financial and management sector. She holds an MBA Graduate and is currently pursuing her PHD in Public management & Governance. Amanda holds credentials that have set her apart from her peers.
She is currently an executive member of a female lead Construction company that builds nationally in South Africa, the founder and Chief executive of RBSLINK & Company - a global Management Consulting firm, and is the co-founder of Unified women in aviation, Franchise owner and Chairman to Nezezela Rural Cancer awareness initiative.
AMANDA MTUNGWA
She’s a robust entrepreneur who possesses many skills which have proven to be an ACE in her career within all the industries she partakes in.
With a love for development and the development of others and with a positive outlook in her duties as a patriotic South African, her initiative ‘Black Woman to Excellence” in partnership with the CITY OF CHOICE and other non-profit organisations, is one she is very proud of.
With various associations and being highly ambitious, Amanda still aims to hit the ground running in the pharmaceutical space - not just to show her determination to change the narrative but to open doors for the previously disadvantaged African child.
GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
RBSLINK’s corporate social responsibility as a company revolves around nurturing young girls into responsible women in the local community.
The organisation’s “Black Woman To Excellence” initiative is its pride; the organisation adopts 15 children whom we solely look after yearly. This ranges from grade 5 to grade 10 catering for their school needs, home needs, but most importantly mental wellbeing and growth.
Coming from disadvantaged backgrounds, their needs are diverse and, thus, RBSLINK selects from local schools. Their vision and aim is to make a difference over the 5-year term that they are with them.
