HELLO As soon as I open books, they start talking about themselves. Like they’re in some kind of hurry. Some manners wouldn’t go astray, even for a book, hey? That's why I taught this book to first say hello to you.
Hello, dear human. And welcome! If you want to be cheerful, lift up the corners of your mouth and hold them like that, since that’s the easiest way for the body to overcome sadness. Then make yourself comfortable and breathe deeply. Feel yourself inhaling happiness while exhaling troubles and restlessness. This always helps. This book is not about any mysteries. It teaches you how to do things right. If you do things correctly, there’s no need for any mysteries. The light is in your hands. I am sorry that later in life you’ll regret every chapter you’ve missed. But I’m not much help in that regard, I just write books.
Here, at the bottom of the pages, you’ll find some tasks. Repeat the ones most important for you, until they become part of you. Until they become a matter of course. THAT’S ALL IT TAKES.

THE FIRST IMPORTANT BOOK The First Important Book is given this name because everyone should read or listen to it before they start seeing the essence of life in the wrong way. The truth is I don’t know what could be more important to you than what I am about to reveal. It’s quite simple – look at how short this book is. Just like life that flitters by. When you’ve truly accepted and understood what is written here, you’ll start doing things correctly, which means the right things will happen. Life may be full of difficult experiences, but what’s genuinely important is being happy. If you want to be happy, strive to be successful, healthy and loved. I’ll tell you how to be happy. I’m not wrong. Maybe you’ve not had anyone around who would explain this to you. Until today. You have this book and the person who has given it to you may be telling you something. Don’t forget, the words written above are just talking, but what appears below must be done out loud: clearly and with all your heart. Try the story of you.
Since we only have 1 life, repeat out loud 10 times: IT’S ONLY RIGHT TO BE HAPPY.

IS THIS BOOK JUST FOR KIDS? It is. You may still be a kid or the kid lives within you. There's no other way. Years don’t change anything. It’s just that sometimes ‘big kids’ have trouble finding the little kid within us and then we start to complicate. Raising a kid is a huge responsibility. Especially yourself. Now you’ve got a chance to do the right thing. In front of you is a gift you have not forgotten to open. You deserve everything because you have always been a person worth believing in. You were born a sincere, capable, worthy, loving and good-hearted. Then you came to know this world. It doesn’t matter how old you are, you’re never too old to be happy. Perhaps you don’t have enough courage or don’t know where to start, but the fact is you're never too old. That's lucky. Look forward to life and train your body to get used to it. Give yourself a smile.
Lift up the corners of your mouth, think about nothing at all and repeat out loud 33 times: DOING RIGHT CAN NEVER BE WRONG. BING BONG!

WHERE DO I START? The desire to be happy will drive you to step onto the right path in life, and you can take that path simply by doing things right. Your heart is your guide and not the fear of what might happen. Listen to it. Trust yourself, no matter what. You won’t really love anybody until you love yourself first – you can’t give others what you don’t have for yourself. The first step onto the right path is to accept yourself. First, love yourself. Then love others as well. If you love and accept people, you can love yourself the most and you’ll still be okay. It’s even healthy. In life, it's not that important what others think of you. What is important is what YOU think about yourself. In fact, everything else is not so important, even if most of the time you might see this differently. Accept other people as they are or leave them alone. If being happy is the goal in life, then it's equally important to let others feel their own happiness, too.
Until you feel you are speaking the absolute truth, decisively and consciously repeat 99 times: I LOVE MYSELF.

WHAT IS THAT I AM GOOD AT? No other creature on this planet is like you. You're a one-off. That's what science tells us. You’re here for a reason. You’re good at something and you must find what this is. You'll be happiest when what you do gives you joy. Rely on your talent to tell you what to do. Ask it and take the first steps by yourself. If you have big problems and can’t find the right path to take, that does not mean it doesn’t exist. There is always the right path, just like there is a wrong one. No matter how old you are, you can do what you want. It’s never too late so long as you’re willing to accept your path. It’s too late when you follow someone else’s path. Make all of your expectations about yourself come true and the world will understand that you have realized your dreams. You will win. Your future lies in what you are prepared to do, not what you think.
Stand up. Spread your arms out. Loudly let out your scream of victory 10 times, as if from a carefree shepherd or from a majestic lion: HURRAY! or ROARRR!

IS ALL THIS EFFORT WORTH IT? Effort does not always pay off. But it surely doesn’t pay off when you don’t make an effort. The effort is key ingredient for success in life. If you wish to have good relationships or achieve great things, all effort pays off. Rewards always flow to those who work on their own happiness. If you work on other people’s happiness, you should not expect happiness for yourself. If you do find it, then you were lucky. Yet making other people happy is something completely different. If those you make happy respect you, your effort will be small. Happiness, when shared among people, is more contagious than evil. With a strong passion to do something, you won’t require effort. Whatever you want to do will be done with ease. Have desires and make them come true. This is the only way to actually live what you have been dreaming of. Make a firm decision.
Imagine yourself as a mighty tree with deep roots that can survive any hurricane, and say out loud 33 times: I AM DETERMINED.

WHERE SHOULD I BE CAREFUL? Mostly with your health. Health is so vital that, once you lose it, you’ll find it difficult to find happiness. Happy, smiling people are healthier. This speaks for itself. Health can be physical or mental. They are closely connected – a healthy mind lives in a healthy body, so I once heard. For good physical health, you need to exercise and have a healthy diet. Drink water. Be moderate. Learn how to eat healthily and discipline yourself when it comes to exercising. This will be a stepping stone on your way to success. For good mental health, you should have good relations with other people and do work that pleases you. Don’t forget to play. Accept and don’t be judgmental. Pay close attention to your inner peace. Forgive. You can benefit your mental health by simply reading this book. When the book has been read, ‘big kids’ will be also able to exercise and cook.
Don’t sit there. Get some fresh air. Go outside. Jump up and down. Take time for yourself and your health will not take your time.

HOW CAN I CALM DOWN? Your breath is your peace. Breathe in deeply, breathe out slowly. Breathe in peace of the most peaceful day in your life. A walk. Imagine yourself as a peaceful winter field. Breathe as if you have 3 months to grow something within you and all you can do is to take in sun rays. Peace comes to those who know how to laugh and play. Work helps, too. When you do something with passion, it’s easier to forget everything else. Learn how to accept. Don’t expect too much. Always expect respect or you won't feel real peace inside. Whoever fails to take care of their inner peace will sooner or later be forced to take care of their health. So eventually you might be full of remorse for not reading more carefully today. In the long run, you can only be at peace if your conscience is clear. Trade it for greed and vanity and you’ll never find inner peace. It's something we call karma.
If you forget all of this due to fear, there’s still one great medicine. It’s simple and can be used until your fear goes away. I DON’T CARE.

HOW DO I PREPARE MYSELF? Help from others makes it easier to attain any goal. These are often people close to us or higher forces. There’s always someone believing in or looking after us. But even if there is nobody, don’t let this stop you. Someone who believes in themself has the whole universe behind them, believe it or not. It's important to know that your greatest teacher is you. Blame yourself only for what you haven’t tried, not for what you have tried and failed. Some courage is all it takes to attain anything. To have it, you must believe in yourself. Believe that you can succeed. It’s unfair to expect others to believe in you if you don’t believe in yourself. That is truly the only way to succeed. If you don’t believe in yourself, there’s little chance of success and you’ll find yourself trying in vain time and again. That is, until you learn.
Until you become the first to completely believe in yourself, repeat 77 times clearly and with all your heart: I BELIEVE IN MYSELF.

HOW CAN I CHANGE FASTER? The pace at which life changes depends on the pace of your learning and creativity. It all depends on how much this whole thing truly means to you and how inventive you become. The speed of learning depends on motivation. The best motivation is a burning desire or a big distress – they both work perfectly. Learning from others is faster than trying to comprehend everything by yourself. Trying to figure everything out by yourself shows that you don’t sufficiently appreciate your time, health and money. The more things someone depends on, the slower the pace of the changes is. Decisions are easier for those who are independent. After a victory, we may think we did everything right, that’s why we learn more from defeats. Experience will strengthen you. Learn how to accept defeats and you have already half-won. This book may help you prevent a bad experience in the future without unnecessary pain. Nevertheless, sometimes the more we know, the less we understand. We repeat everything.
If you want to be 2 times faster, read The First Important Book 2 times. Now you know how to be 7 times faster.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME? Help is generally offered by someone who doesn't expect anything in return. All of the rest are only exchanging. When a man with something to do asks himself who can help him, he usually doesn’t believe in his own abilities or is lazy. Everybody and everything can help you when you help yourself. Nobody and nothing can help you if you don’t help yourself. It doesn’t matter who or what helps you, important is what you can do by yourself. When other people do what you could have done yourself, they're not helping you. This way you are not learning new skills and you cannot become capable. In my life, I’ve never met an incapable person, but I've seen people doing what was not meant for them. You might simply be underestimating yourself. Check. Stand up and think about the first step. Once you start, things will start moving. Think of yourself really succeeding.
Good preparation is half the success. Before the mirror, throw your voice out 55 times like a machine: I AM CAPABLE.

WHEN WILL THE LUNCHTIME BREAK COME? When a break occurs, there’s no writing. But when nothing is written in a book, we miss letters. Perhaps we don’t need them because you’ll fill this page with happiness.
RAWING STICK YOUR D RIGHT HERE!
You must draw on a piece of paper what your life looks like when you’re happy. Every single detail. Glue the sheet onto this page. If you did all the tasks carefully and long enough, have a look at this sheet after a while. That’s it. Thanks for the drawing. This book is much better with it.

CAN I BE AFRAID? Yes, you can. Everyone has been afraid at some stage. Often unnecessarily. When afraid, as a result, they suffered even more. You can control your fear through breathing. The easiest way to avoid fear is to simply not care about it. You could be punished. Punishment is vital because everything is limited – except for human stupidity and the universe. Punishment is educational. Tt should teach and not cause even more suffering or injustice. Attitude and setting good examples are the right path, not pain. The way your parents talk to you has already or will become your inner voice. You can change it with the right attitude towards yourself. Imagine the power of a volcano, a tree, an animal, the wind and a river. One after the other. The full power of nature. By breathing, it enters your whole body. Feel this power within. That is you.
Stretch out your arms as if you are grabbing the sky, and 44 times say out really loud, as if you have now overcome everything: I AM STRONG.

HOW DO I GET OVER OBSTACLES? The only limits are the sky above and imagination. All the rest are obstacles intended to train liveliness and insightfulness, two energies that are mirrored in our joy for life. To be truly able to clear obstacles, you must be motivated and do things right. To survive, all you need is to be persistent and diligent. It is only right that, whatever you do, you do it for a better self who wants to become successful, healthy and loved. Happy. Whoever is not motivated by their own happiness is wasting their life. Perhaps some people want you to become something that is not who you are. To accept a role that doesn’t bring you happiness, and never will. Remember. You’re the one bound to decide what to become because it is only you who know who you are. This will help you sooner or later find the role that will make you happy. Patience is always the key.
Show off. Show to the world 66 times what your joy looks like, and almost sing out: I’M GONNA MAKE IT.

WHAT AM I MISSING? Television often makes us think the happiest people are those with the most money. This is a show that makes us feel we only need money to be happy. Humans have always lived in a way that some people have more than others. It seems that everything is easier for them and they are more worthy. It’s indeed easier for them when they go shopping. But this doesn’t mean they are happier or worth more. Never. Too strong a craving for possessions makes us restless and greedy, and just having the latter eventually makes us unhappy. The more you have, the more worries you get. The happiest people say it is enough to have sufficient money for a decent life and to enjoy inner peace. Ultimately, this is what counts the most. Inner peace. The happiest kids are not the ones who get the most things. The happiest are those who find the most love in everything and a sense of responsibility, because in this way they can be happy longer.
What chances would you have with half as much health, money, willpower and time? You’re lucky. Chirp out loud 44 times, because what you have is more than enough: I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED.

HOW MUCH WILL I EARN? Anything you can buy has its own value. So you know exactly how much it costs. But sometimes a person can treat themselves like they're worth nothing. They feel worthless, as if they had no value. Zero. If you don’t feel worthy, you show those you think are worthy that they’re worthier than you. That’s because you see value in them, but not in yourself. Then they take advantage of you. Carefully. Everybody must understand you’re worthy. Keep those who don’t understand this at a distance. You don’t deserve to be alone and humiliated. Go out and observe all the abundance around you. Accept that you are worth much, much more. Remember. Your heart is worth much more to the universe. Always and everywhere. You’re worthy of affectionate relationships, contentment at work, true friends and the price you have set for yourself to the world. You are worthy!
Until the feeling completely overwhelms you, 88 times evaluate yourself loudly, without holding back: I AM WORTHY.
Those who understand and do what is written within me will get what they desire.
Those who fail to do so will desire what others have.
