Aaron’s love of gardening took root in his grandfather’s vegetable garden in New Zealand. He began his gardening career in 1996 as a student at Great Dixter House & Garden, and has also studied and worked at Kew Gardens and Jerusalem Botanical Gardens. Since 2007, Aaron has been the vegetable gardener and cook at Great Dixter. His book, The Great Dixter Cookbook, will be available for purchase and signing at this event. FLORAL DESIGN
This series of hands-on courses is taught by accredited floral design judges from the Garden Clubs of Ontario, and is suitable for both personal and professional interest. Courses marked with the floral emblem can be applied to the Floral Design Certificate. Course fees do not include flowers or supplies unless otherwise stated.
