Mortar Spraying and Conveying Machinery Division The Certaldo (Florence) factory, set over an area of more than 30,000 square metres, of which 6,200 are covered, with 62 staff, is dedicated to the production of mortar spraying and conveying machinery: mortar and plaster sprayers for traditional and pre-mixed materials, floor-screed conveyors, continuous mixers and transfer systems for dry materials from silos. This division, created in 2004 following considerable investment in research and development, was created to widen the Group’s product range with a line which responds to the growing use of pre-mixed materials and greater on-site mechanization. By now a solid benchmark for the market, the Mortar Spraying and Conveying line is constantly involved in the development of new models with competitiveness in the construction sector as a constant priority, thanks to the professionalism and considerable experience of technicians and engineers. The IMER Group has always been sure to provide customers with high-quality training support. As a result it invests a lot in training, organised to provide detailed explanation of the correct use of equipment, the application of safety norms and the diverse performance of machinery.

Screw pump for the traditional mortar and premixed materials Advantages: Very high material flow rate, long pump distance – High pompable grain size – High capacity hopper provided with a vibrating grid: loading height fitted for being charged with a traditional concrete mixer – Three-phase electric motor of high power 400V 50 Hz (with two speeds and material flow up to 35 l/min) and single-phase 230 V 50 Hz with exclusive Imer designed inverter and compressor (variable flow rate and up to 25 l/min) – Maximum safety for the operator: automatic stop of the paddles rotation and all moving parts if the protection grid or the vibrating riddle is removed.
