ADAS (Advanced Drive-Assistance System) have been around on vehicles for many years, in various forms. Most modern vehicles now have some level of ADAS built into them for safety. As we move closer to driverless autonomy, EV vehicles are at the forefront of that development. EV vehicles already on the road now, have numerous ADAS systems fitted to monitor every aspect of the road ahead, behind and to the side of the vehicle, keeping the occupants, other road users and pedestrians safe. These safety critical systems require calibration. Whether the camera or radar systems have been disturbed (ie removing a bumper, replacing a screen), or the geometry of the vehicle has been altered (ie replacing steering and suspension components, carrying out wheel alignment adjustments) Workshop Pro have a range of options for ADAS calibration to fit your needs.

Like any traditional vehicle, EV vehicles still require an annual MOT test to be carried out to ensure that the vehicle remains safe and roadworthy. Carrying out MOTs will ensure that repair opportunities are highlighted on EV vehicles where traditional servicing isn’t available. Workshop Pro can help you start a successful MOT business, from initial concept to installation, sign off and training.
