Each unit is completely wireless and stations forms a network that powers itself, eliminating the need for Wi-fi or internet connection. Whether your units are placed in a basement or on the 80th floor, these units are guaranteed to work in any location.
Our WES3 units are covered by a full 2 year manufacturer warranty, and have a 3-year battery life under normal conditions and usage. Each unit is individually tested before it is shipped out to our clients.
INSPECTION DELAY - Enables site managers to validate an alarm before evacuating MEDICAL ALERT - Raise a request for medical attention from any call point in the network, which pinpoints the exact location of the alert.
DOWNLOAD REPORTS - Easily download reports for any fire or medical alarm triggered from the base station. Reports contain date, time, duration of alarm and exact location of emergency. Reports are ideal to use during insurance or FDNY site walk-throughs. TAMPER PROOF - Each unit is equipped with a tamper proof seal that will

WES3 SYSTEM COMPONENTS
STROBE & SOUNDER CALL POINT
INTERFACE Allows WES to be seamlessly integrated with third party systems, such as independent or permanent wired fire alarms, turnstiles, lifts, gas monitors, etc.
Manual Call Point allows a fire alarm to be raised from any unit on site, to initiate a site-wide alarm (or activate optional pre-alarm function). It also includes Medical Alert.
WES BASE STATION Primary control unit for the WES3 network. An accurate log of all system events can be downloaded via USB to allow robust reporting of on-site issues.
DUST RESISTANT SMOKE SENSOR HEAT SENSOR Used as part of a site-wide sensor system, this 24/7 technology is suitable for areas where hot work is being performed or areas with an increased risk of false alarms.
Unique to WES, the dust resistant sensor with dual optic technology minimizes risk of false alarms and provides 24/7 protection in unoccupied areas of site or over-night/weekends.
Units are placed in accordance with your fire plan – usually at each stairwell or lift shaft – and can be added as the build progresses. Units can be numbered according to your fire plan for easy identification in the event of any issues.
All your WES3 units connect to form a network, so if a fire breaks out any unit can trigger a site-wide alarm, whether automatically in the case of the detection units or manually via the Fire / Medical Call Points.
The Base Station will tell you where the triggering unit is located so you can pinpoint the fire or medical situation.
