Our sales team are happy to provide a FREE appointment to discuss your sensory room plans and offer inspiration. We will visit the room or area, measure up and talk through your budget and aspirations.

A dedicated sensory room designer will then provide a FREE 3D drawing and itemised quotation. Any revisions can be made with the team, until you are happy with your plan.

ORDERING & SITE SURVEYS:

Once you are happy with your quotation, simply inform us and we will begin the paperwork, arrange deposits and book a convenient time and date for your installation. If you require a site survey, we will arrange this once your room is clear and ready, prior to beginning our manufacturing. This ensures we have accurate measurements and we often liaise with your electrician/builder to ensure suitable placement of sockets to best fit around where the products are to be placed.

INSTALLATION:

AFTER SALES:

Our qualified and experienced installation team will fit all your products and instruct you how to operate them. If you would like to order on a supply only basis, we can offer this also. Most of our sensory room packages (see page 7) are designed to allow for easy installation. Our team are all DBS registered.

As part of our ‘pack’ of information we leave with you, there is a servicing/maintenance quotation, should you wish to take this up, we can book this in after your installation. This ensures your sensory room continues to work to the best of its ability, without you having to worry about maintaining the equipment yourselves. We offer peace of mind with our one year manufacturers warranty on all our products.

Basildon hospital invited us to a fundraising event to demonstrate some of our Sensory Equipment, subsequently, we were chosen to design and install various pieces of Sensory Lighting throughout the Children’s new A & E department. Our unique ceiling panels proved very popular, and created a point of focus. Star Ceiling Kits, an Interactive Floor System, Fiesta Tubes on mobile bases and Projectors were also installed. Some Tactile Wall Panels and Padding was included in the waiting area. BABY SENSORY

Baby Sensory have been a client of ours for many years, as manufacturers of fibre optics we were able to offer the franchisees a fantastic piece of kit for use in their classes. The Sparkle Fibre Optics needed to be super long - at 3m, so all the children in a circle could touch and feel the fibres. They often use them for special events, such as arranging them on a heart shape and stopping the colour on red for Valentines Day, or creating an orange pumpkin patch in October. We have enjoyed contributing to the sensory journey of newborns and toddlers alike!

Total Sensory provide high quality, UK manufactured floor and wall padding for protection requirements and for soft play areas. We are experts in providing strong, secure padding for any environment - schools, colleges, prisons, care homes, at home, as well as within your sensory or calming rooms. We have designed and manufactured padding for councils, local authorities, charities, hospitals, schools and private individuals. There are three types of wall covering we provide:

1) Fixed Connection: with lips top and bottom to take a screwed connection to your wall. Antitamper acrylic domes are then placed over the screws to provide a secure connection. 2) Velcro Connection: this option doesn’t come with lips, instead we provide Velcro strips at the back of the pad and these fix to a provided plastic strip which is screwed to your wall, you then push the pad up to it, allowing it to be removed if required.

Sensory Ceilings Fibre Optic Star CeilingS A mirage of stars twinkling in the ceiling; a very popular calming effect for childrens bedrooms/nurseries and care homes. Some simple installation required; access from above is required, if for example you purchase 240 strands of fibre, the same amount of 1mm diameter holes will need to be drilled into the ceiling using the 1mm drill bits supplied. The fibres are then pushed through from above and sealed with a dab of silicone. Two LED kits are also available. Bubble tubes look great when used with a base mat. The base mat’s are double sided - fuchsia and blue, with white edging so you can flip it over for a colour change. This allows children to get up close to the tube in a comfortable environment and also allows adults to sit on the base mat as we ensure the use of high density foam - that will not ‘crush’ when you sit on it. Various shapes are available - to suit corners, or smaller spaces. We also have mobile plinths available - ideal for care homes - enabling you to move the tube from one location to the next. Bubble Panels Perfect for visual and auditory stimulation, due to the bright, calm colours and enhanced ‘bubbling’ sound. They require much less water than the conventional cylinder bubble tubes and they create bubbles with interesting shapes and detail due to the confined space in which the water is kept.
