Refreshments A range of hot and cold refreshments are available throughout the day at various points throughout the halls of the Convention Centre including Halls B, C and Q.

Visitors can take advantage of free hot drinks (tea, coffee and soft drinks) at the catering point in Hall Q for the duration of the show. You will be asked to present your visitor badge for scanning (sorry this offer is not available for exhibitors). Photocopying Charges Photocopying facilities available for exhibitors and visitors @15p per sheet. Information Bureau There is an Information Bureau in the Royal Baths Assembly Rooms (Crescent Road entrance). Tel: 01423 537 300. Car Parks The following car parks are close to fair venues. Union Street multi-storey, Conference Centre pay park (8.00am to 7.30pm after which no access), £5 per day. Red Car Park (6.00am to 12.00am). Charges vary according to length of time parked. There are also car parks at the Odeon Cinema (multi-storey), East Parade and Tower Street (open and multi-storey). Visitors are advised that a disc parking system is in operation in the town. Disc parking areas are clearly indicated as visitors enter the centre of the town. Maximum stay two hours. Cash Machines There is a LINK cash machine situated outside Hall M.

First Aid First Aid facilities will be available in Hall A. Should an emergency arise, please contact the nearest reception desk so that the necessary action can be taken.
