You will then be asked for certain details that we need to complete your order request. We accept most major credit & debit cards for payment. Payment is automatically taken when an order is confirmed. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will automatically back order for you. If the item is not going to be available from the supplier within 10-working days you will be emailed with the option to cancel the order of that product. Shipping and Handling For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by first class post or delivery by carrier. A flat charge will be made on each transaction. Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch all orders within 14-21 working days. Goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received. Goods are dispatched within the UK mainland via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or FedEx. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from date of dispatch within the UK. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union VAT is included in the price detailed. Faulty Goods We try to ensure that all goods supplied are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item please return to the address detailed below. Any faulty goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Exchange Policy Any item with customisation including embroidery and/or printing cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All exchanges are at the discretion of Touchline Group.
