Whether you’re looking for a traditional private home or spacious lodge home closer to friends and services, we have choices to fit your style and budget.

Cottage Living Our single-level homes feature high ceilings and other pleasing architectural details. These quality-built homes offer two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms with attached two-car garages. Floor plans range from 1,147 to more than 2,000 square feet. Lodge Living The Sun Valley Lodge and Targhee Lodge offers comfortable lodge homes, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Some have dens, while all include fully equipped kitchens, housekeeping, utilities, and cable TV. The Meadows at Meadow Lake Village offers lodge homes that include one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms—with the added reassurance of assisted living services. The one-story Owyhee Lodge includes 48 private residences divided among three neighborhoods offering memory care and assisted living services.

Home Health & Home Care Many people prefer to be home when recovering from an accident, illness, or surgery. Touchmark Home Health (medical care) and Home Care

(personal care) can provide the support you need. Home Health is licensed by the state of Idaho and is Medicare certified. Both services are available throughout the Treasure Valley. Memory Care The Owyhee Lodge is designed especially for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia illnesses. Our person-centered and Best Friends™ approach to care and services support each resident in a secured environment. Three neighborhoods of private residences are built around a beautiful garden courtyard and offer private bathrooms. These residences provide a feeling of comfort, and each neighborhood is designed to create a family atmosphere. The Owyhee Lodge also features an on-site spa, beauty salon, and private family dining/meeting rooms.
